The Minuteman Scrubmaster B5 is a battery walk-behind floor scrubber for the places a mop used to own. Its 17" orbital cleaning head scrubs while a 22" squeegee picks the dirty water back up in the same pass, all powered by a 25.2 V lithium-ion battery.
At 49 lbs with its battery, it goes into restrooms, kitchens, shops, hotel corridors and classrooms, then reaches under fixtures with just 4.72" of clearance. The Scrubmaster B5 Quick Pack arrives with the battery, an external charger, an orbital pad holder and a carton of red pads.
Features
Orbital Delta Cleaning Head
Two triangular cleaning tools oscillate at 1,410 rpm in ECO mode or 1,820 rpm in standard mode. The motion carries the machine along, so the operator only steers and sets the pace.
Reaches Corners and Under Fixtures
The flat head works tight to walls and into corners, and slides under furniture and fixtures with as little as 4.72" of clearance.
Lithium-Ion Battery
A maintenance-free 25.2 V, 12.8 Ah (322 Wh) pack gives about 45 minutes of practical run time and charges out of the machine on the external 100-240 V charger.
Lift-Out Tanks
The 1.3 gal solution and recovery tanks lift off by their handle for filling and emptying at a sink. A clear hose shows the recovery tank level.
Simple Control Panel
One button powers the machine, with separate buttons for suction, the cleaning tools, three solution flow levels and ECO mode. The display shows battery charge, operating hours and service codes.
Quiet ECO Mode
ECO mode starts automatically at power-on and holds sound pressure at the operator to 68 dB(A). Switch it off for more scrubbing action.
Suction-Only Pickup
Lower the squeegee, run the suction on its own and tip the machine back slightly to pick up standing water without scrubbing.

Setup & Placement
Before first use, give the lithium-ion battery a full commissioning charge with the supplied charger; Minuteman does not accept battery damage caused by skipping it. To charge, press the yellow catch, slide the battery out to the front and plug the charger into it. Charging is complete when the green LED on the charger stays lit.
Fit the cleaning tools and the squeegee, fill the solution tank at a sink with water no hotter than 122°F and a low-foam detergent made for automatic scrubbers, then lower the squeegee with the footrest.

Warranty & Shipping
Warranty. Covered by Minuteman's Commercial Limited Warranty for the Scrubmaster B5: 1 year parts, 1 year labor and 90 days travel. Batteries are replaced in full for the first 3 months and pro-rated from months 4 to 12. Wear items such as belts, cords, switches, hoses, rubber parts, brushes and electric motor components are not covered, and non-Minuteman replacement filters void the warranty. Claims go through Minuteman's factory-authorized service stations, for the original purchaser in the U.S. and Canada.
Shipping. Ships from the U.S.; larger machines travel by LTL freight truck.
Inspect on delivery. Check the carton and the machine when it arrives and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
