The Minuteman TH20 is a heavy orbital floor machine with a 20" x 14" rectangular pad driven at 1,740 rpm by a 1.5 HP TEFC motor. With 250 lbs bearing down on the pad, it can dry-strip finish, scrub or sand floors without chemical strippers.
Dual vibration isolation keeps the handle steady through long shifts, and the handle comes off for transport. The TH20 runs on a 115 V, 60 Hz outlet through a 50' twist-lock cord and comes with a transport cart and drip tray.

Orbital Drive at 1,740 RPM
An eccentric balanced drive moves the 20" x 14" pad in a tight orbit, powered by a 1.5 HP, 180-frame TEFC dual-capacitor motor.
Weight on the Pad
The 250 lbs machine loads the pad through a floating head for full pad contact, which is what lets it take finish off dry.
Dual Vibration Isolation
Primary and secondary industrial isolators separate the drive from the frame and handle to reduce operator fatigue.
Heavy-Duty Steel Handle
The powder-coated handle locks in five positions and removes for transport and storage; vinyl-dipped foam grips and dual steel triggers suit left or right hands.
Safety Switch and Motor Guard
A thumb-operated safety switch prevents accidental starts, and a heavy-duty guard shields the motor from impacts.
Transport Cart and Drip Tray
Both come with the machine, so it can be moved and stored without lifting and without dripping on the floor.
Quiet and Listed
Minuteman rates it at 60 dB, meeting the GS42 standard, and it is UL/cUL listed.

Ships from the U.S.; larger machines travel by LTL freight truck.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Minuteman equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Used or contaminated machines and special-order items can't be returned.
Covered by Minuteman's Commercial Limited Warranty for its corded electric machines: 5 years parts, 3 years labor, 12 years on polyethylene components and 90 days travel. Wear items such as belts, cords, switches, hoses, rubber parts, brushes and electric motor components are not covered, and non-Minuteman replacement filters void the warranty. Claims go through Minuteman's factory-authorized service stations, for the original purchaser in the U.S. and Canada.
