On the stainless X-839 units, air passes a disposable paper bag, a cloth filter and a pre-filter before reaching an ULPA final filter, rated 99.999% efficient at 0.12 µm on the 15 gal model. Snap clamps hold the lid tight to the tank while the motor runs.
That suits cleanrooms, computer rooms and hazardous-dust cleanup. Minuteman's manuals set out a procedure for removing contaminated filters and bags, so plan disposal to local rules before the first job.
The C80106-01 pairs the X-839 lid with a 6 gal stainless steel tank on a caster base. Its 1 HP motor moves 95 CFM with 85" of static lift through the staged filter stack and an ULPA final filter, runs at 70 dB and holds 0.62ft³ of dry debris.
Choose it for point-of-use cleanup in labs, cleanrooms and electronics areas where a small footprint matters more than tank volume, and roll it from bench to bench on its casters.

The C80106-01 is a 6 gal stainless steel unit with an ULPA filter and 95 CFM. The C83918-00 is a 15 gal stainless steel unit with ULPA filtration and static-conductive parts that suppress RFI, EMI and ESD. The C83905-55 is a 55 gal painted drum with a HEPA filter, on a dolly with a handle. The 15 gal and 55 gal units are rated at 115 CFM.
All three ship as dry-pickup units. The 55 gal C83905-55 can recover liquids once fitted with Minuteman's optional 1:1 adapter and water shut-off. The 6 gal unit and the 15 gal static-conductive C83918-00 are for dry pickup only, and the C83918-00 is limited to particulate material.
Minuteman builds the X-839 for hazardous and toxic materials, nuisance dust and fine powders, and its manuals include filter-care and disposal steps for asbestos dust recovery. Follow the regulations that apply to your site for handling and disposing of contaminated bags and filters.
No. Minuteman warns that electric motors can ignite explosive materials or vapors, and says not to run the vacuum near solvents, thinners, fuels or grain dust. The C83918-00 is for particulate material only, not vapor recovery.
A grounded 15 A, 115 V, 60 Hz outlet. Voltage below 105 V or above 125 V can damage the motor. Each unit has a 50' 16/3 cord.
The 15 gal static-conductive C83918-00 includes a 1-1/2" x 10' clear grounded hose, a 3" round dust brush, a 12" crevice tool, a hose coupling and a rubber pigtail; a wand and 12" floor tool are optional. Minuteman lists no tool kit for the 6 gal and 55 gal units, so plan to add a hose and tools for those.
