The Mosmatic Dry car wash dryer package adds a blown-air drying station to a self-service car wash. Customers take the air gun from its holder and blow the water off cars, motorcycles and boats, leaving the finish streak free in summer and winter and treating paint gently. Mosmatic designs it as a profit-generating attraction: drying becomes a separate service your bay can charge for.

What is in the package

This package (Mosmatic 60.483) includes the Mosmatic Dry unit, a 5'3" wall air boom, a 90° pipe, a pulley, the air gun with its holder, and the hoses. The air boom and pulley keep the hose overhead so it follows the customer around the vehicle rather than dragging across wet paint. The dryer itself is an illuminated wall unit, 16.5" x 16.5" x 10.7" and 63 lb, with two 7 A motors and a soft-start option.

Before you install

The dryer runs on 230 VAC, so plan a matching electrical circuit with your electrician before installation. Mosmatic requires it to be installed under a roof, which suits covered self-serve bays and vacuum islands; it can also mount directly to a car wash vacuum with its universal mounting plate.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused Mosmatic equipment in resalable condition and its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns that aren't due to a manufacturer defect carry Mosmatic's 15% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, the shipping we paid to deliver your order is deducted from the refund, and payment processing fees are not refunded. Special-order items are final sale, and used or installed equipment can't be returned.

Mosmatic covers the Dry Car Wash Dryer Package with 5'3" Wall Air Boom for 6 months against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, installation and maintenance, and repairs or replaces it at its discretion. Wear and tear, damage in transit, misuse, neglect, alteration, and improper installation or maintenance are not covered, and neither are labor charges or downtime.

Warranty claims. Mosmatic's warranty comes to you through us, so contact us, not Mosmatic, within 6 months of your order date with your order number, model and photos of the fault. We file the claim with Mosmatic.
