Undercarriage cleaning on a ramp
The Mosmatic TUWr undercarriage cleaner with ramp is a drive-over underbody wash built entirely from stainless steel. At only 4.73" high, the ramp lets anything from police cruisers to loaded cement trucks roll across while a rotor under the cover plate sprays the frame, axles and floor pan. The rotor is turned by Mosmatic's patented hydro-driven swivel, so the high-pressure water from your pump is the only drive; there is no electric or hydraulic motor in the ramp.
What the set-up adds
This complete set-up (Mosmatic 80.506) combines the base ramp with two riggers, two stands and four Wheelblaster Pro cleaning heads: two Low Volume WBP140 heads and two WBP250 heads. Mounted on the stands beside the ramp and set to the cleaning height you need, they wash the wheels and lower sides on the same pass. The assembled set-up is 16'5.6" wide, 4'9.6" long and weighs 512 lb.
Where it works
Fleets, depots, job sites and municipal yards use it to remove salt, mud and chemicals that speed up rust and corrosion and wear on lines and hoses. It assembles with simple tools in minutes, works as a mobile unit or anchored in place, suits pumps from 6 to 20 gpm, and handles hot water to 250°F with chemicals from pH 3 to 12. The pump, high-pressure hoses and nozzles are ordered separately.

The ramp is 4.73" high with a minimum ground clearance requirement of 4.8", so passenger cars, pickups and heavy trucks drive straight over it.

Setup & Placement
Position the first ramp in the direction of travel, hook the cleaning unit into it on its lateral pins, then hook the second ramp in symmetrically and bolt the ramps and cleaning unit together with the supplied M12 screws and lock washers. Guide the cleaning unit's high-pressure hose through the ramp pipe and fit four type EG nozzles sized to your pump on the rotor arms. For the complete set-up, fit eight more type EG nozzles on the four Wheelblaster Pro heads (1/8" NPT on the WBP140 heads, 1/4" NPT on the WBP250 heads, per TD-80500), twelve nozzles in all, ordered separately.
For a fixed installation, anchor the ramp to the ground through its existing holes with heavy-duty anchors (not included). Connect your pump with suitable high-pressure hose lines (not included). Only experienced users of high-pressure equipment should install it, and Mosmatic's separate assembly instructions apply. Check local rules on wastewater runoff before washing outdoors.

The TUWr Undercarriage Cleaner with Ramp ships from Mosmatic in Bristol, Wisconsin, by LTL freight on a pallet, and we contact you before dispatch to arrange delivery, including liftgate service if your site has no loading dock. Damaged in delivery
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Returns
Unused Mosmatic equipment in resalable condition and its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns that aren't due to a manufacturer defect carry Mosmatic's 15% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, the shipping we paid to deliver your order is deducted from the refund, and payment processing fees are not refunded. Special-order items are final sale, and used or installed equipment can't be returned.
Warranty
Mosmatic covers the TUWr Undercarriage Cleaner with Ramp for 6 months against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, installation and maintenance, and repairs or replaces it at its discretion. Wear and tear, damage in transit, misuse, neglect, alteration, and improper installation or maintenance are not covered, and neither are labor charges or downtime.
Warranty claims. Mosmatic's warranty comes to you through us, so contact us, not Mosmatic, within 6 months of your order date with your order number, model and photos of the fault. We file the claim with Mosmatic.

Drive Over It, Wash the Chassis
The TUWr sits only 4.73" high, so cars, pickups and loaded trucks drive straight across it. Water from your pump spins the stainless rotor, and its jets break up mud, salt and grime on the frame and axles.
There is no electric or hydraulic motor: high-pressure water is the only drive. Size the pump between 6 and 20 gpm and order nozzles to match it.
A Water-Driven Rotor Under Stainless Plate
The rotor cleaning unit sits under a bolted stainless cover plate, hooked between the two ramps on lateral pins. Mosmatic's hydro-driven swivel spins its arms, rated to 250°F and chemicals from pH 3 to 12.
Nothing at the ramp needs wiring. Run a high-pressure line from your pump to the 3/8" NPT ramp inlet; that hose line is not included.
Mobile on Site or Anchored
The all-stainless ramp assembles with simple tools and moves between depots, job sites and shops, or bolts down as a permanent wash point. Its surface mount leaves heated floors untouched.
The complete set-up adds riggers and Wheelblaster heads beside the ramp; the base unit is the ramp alone. Anchors for a fixed install are not included.

Does the undercarriage cleaner need electricity?
No. The rotor is driven by the high-pressure water through Mosmatic's hydro-driven swivel, so the ramp has no electric or hydraulic motor. Your pressure washer pump is the only power source.
What size pressure washer do I need?
Mosmatic sizes the system for pump flows from 6 to 20 gpm, at up to 1000 psi and 250°F. The nozzles are chosen to match your pump's flow and pressure, and they are ordered separately.
Is a pump included?
No. The ramp connects to your own high-pressure pump through a 3/8" NPT inlet. Mosmatic offers a matching high-performance pump and a hose kit as separate items.
How tall is the ramp and what can drive over it?
The ramp is 4.73" high and needs at least 4.8" of ground clearance. Mosmatic's guidance is that it handles everything from police cruisers to loaded cement trucks.
Can it be moved between sites?
Yes. It assembles with simple tools and can be used as a mobile unit or anchored in place. Anchoring hardware is not included.
