The MRCOOL cased coil flange is a low-profile sheet metal frame, under 1" tall, that sits between a MRCOOL gas furnace and a MRCOOL cased evaporator coil so the two cabinets meet squarely. It is made in four sizes to suit MRCOOL's A, B, C and D cabinet widths of 14.5", 17.5", 21" and 24.5".
It saves the installer from cutting and bending a transition piece by hand when the coil and furnace share a cabinet width. Installation is by a licensed HVAC contractor. This is MRCOOL's cased coil furnace flange.

Installation
Professional installation required. This equipment must be installed by a licensed HVAC contractor (EPA Section 608-certified for any refrigerant work), following MRCOOL's installation manual and all local codes, permits and licensing rules. MRCOOL's limited warranty applies only to units installed that way, and it does not cover installation labor.
Choose the flange that matches the furnace cabinet letter (A 14.5", B 17.5", C 21", D 24.5"). The coil and the furnace should share that width. Where they differ, MRCOOL's coil manual calls for a field-fabricated adapter instead.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
MRCOOL handles returns through the store you bought from, so your return comes to us. Unopened, unused MRCOOL equipment can be returned within 21 days of delivery with a return authorization from us. You pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Opened, installed or used equipment and special-order items can't be returned.
MRCOOL publishes no warranty document that names this part, and none of the warranty documents we hold lists it; ask MRCOOL for the terms that apply with your system.
Warranty claims. MRCOOL handles warranty claims directly through support.mrcool.com or (270) 366-0457. Some MRCOOL warranties cover the original purchaser only. Systems that aren't DIY need a valid installation invoice to open a claim.
