This is the outdoor heat pump unit of the MRCOOL DIY Easy Pro 5th Gen single-zone system, sold on its own to replace a condenser or to pair with a 5th Gen Easy Pro wall air handler of the same capacity. It ships with a 16' Quick Connect line set factory charged with R-454B, and the 9,000 BTU unit is rated 20.2 SEER2 and 9.2 HSPF2 (Region IV).
The 9,000 and 12,000 BTU units run on 115V and the 18,000 and 24,000 BTU units on 208-230V, and all four keep cooling down to 5°F outdoors. Match the capacity to your indoor unit exactly. That is the MRCOOL DIY Easy Pro 5th Gen condenser.

Installation
Designed for homeowner installation. The Quick Connect line set arrives pre-charged with refrigerant, so no vacuum pump, gauges or refrigerant handling is needed. Each fitting is tightened with two wrenches to the torque in MRCOOL's manual and then leak-checked. Electrical work still has to meet local code: the 230V models need a dedicated 230V circuit, and some areas require a permit or a licensed electrician for that part of the job. Check your local rules before you start.
Set the condenser on a level pad, riser or wall bracket with the clearances in the manual. Line sizes are 1/4" x 3/8" (9,000 and 12,000 BTU), 1/4" x 1/2" (18,000 BTU) and 3/8" x 5/8" (24,000 BTU). MRCOOL's manual lists a maximum run of 75' for the 9,000, 12,000 and 24,000 BTU units and 65.6' for the 18,000 BTU unit. The circuit must meet local electrical code.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
MRCOOL handles returns through the store you bought from, so your return comes to us. Unopened, unused MRCOOL equipment can be returned within 21 days of delivery with a return authorization from us. You pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Opened, installed or used equipment and special-order items can't be returned.
MRCOOL's Easy Pro 5th Gen limited warranty covers parts for 1 year and the compressor for 2 years from the proof-of-purchase date, is non-transferable, and does not cover labor. MRCOOL's brochure adds a 2-year full unit replacement for compressor failure and lifetime compressor replacement when the original, registered owner stays enrolled in the MRCOOL Care Program every year. Warranty claims. MRCOOL handles warranty claims directly through support.mrcool.com or (270) 366-0457. Some MRCOOL warranties cover the original purchaser only. Systems that aren't DIY need a valid installation invoice to open a claim.
