The MRCOOL MST07 Smart Wi-Fi Thermostat replaces a 24V wall thermostat on furnaces, boilers, air conditioners and heat pumps, with support for dual fuel and up to four heating and two cooling stages. It is powered by the C wire and set up through the MRCOOL Connect app, which adds schedules, geofencing and energy tracking.

Installation
Homeowner-installable. This accessory is part of MRCOOL's DIY range and is installed following the instructions in MRCOOL's manual, including any wrench, torque or leak-check steps it lists. Check local electrical and building codes for any wiring or wall penetrations.
Confirm a C wire is connected at your old thermostat before you start. Turn off power to the HVAC system, photograph and label the old wiring, then mount the backplate with the included plugs and screws (a 3/16" drill bit for the anchors) and insert each labeled wire into its matching terminal.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
MRCOOL handles returns through the store you bought from, so your return comes to us. Unopened, unused MRCOOL equipment can be returned within 21 days of delivery with a return authorization from us. You pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Opened, installed or used equipment and special-order items can't be returned.
MRCOOL's limited warranty covers the MST07 against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery following the original retail purchase. It is non-transferable from the original purchaser to later owners.
Warranty claims. MRCOOL handles warranty claims directly through support.mrcool.com or (270) 366-0457. Some MRCOOL warranties cover the original purchaser only. Systems that aren't DIY need a valid installation invoice to open a claim.
