The MRCOOL No-Vac coupler pair joins two No-Vac Quick Connect pre-charged line sets end to end when one standard length will not reach. It contains a 3/8" coupler for the liquid line and a 3/4" coupler for the suction line, each with threaded ends that accept the Quick Connect fittings directly.
Use it with MRCOOL's R-454B No-Vac sets on Universal, VersaPro and Hyper Heat Central Ducted systems, and check the joined length against the condenser's maximum line length. The connection is made by the licensed HVAC contractor installing the system.

Installation
Professional installation required. This equipment must be installed by a licensed HVAC contractor (EPA Section 608-certified for any refrigerant work), following MRCOOL's installation manual and all local codes, permits and licensing rules. MRCOOL's limited warranty applies only to units installed that way, and it does not cover installation labor.
Thread each coupler onto the matching Quick Connect fittings of the two line sets, using the wrench sizes and torque values in MRCOOL's No-Vac Quick Connect instructions. Leak-check both joints with soapy water after the service valves are opened, then insulate the couplers to prevent condensation. Confirm the total joined length is within the condenser's maximum line length.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
MRCOOL handles returns through the store you bought from, so your return comes to us. Unopened, unused MRCOOL equipment can be returned within 21 days of delivery with a return authorization from us. You pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Opened, installed or used equipment and special-order items can't be returned.
MRCOOL publishes no separate warranty document for the No-Vac Quick Connect line sets and couplers, and none of the warranty documents we hold names them; ask MRCOOL for the terms that apply with your system. MRCOOL's No-Vac instructions state that not following them voids any warranty.
Warranty claims. MRCOOL handles warranty claims directly through support.mrcool.com or (270) 366-0457. Some MRCOOL warranties cover the original purchaser only. Systems that aren't DIY need a valid installation invoice to open a claim.
