The MRCOOL No-Vac Quick Connect line set is a factory-charged pair of 3/8" and 3/4" refrigerant lines with screw-on Quick Connect fittings at both ends. It comes charged with R-454B for MRCOOL's Universal, VersaPro and Hyper Heat Central Ducted condensers and pre-charged evaporator coils, so the run between outdoor and indoor units needs no brazing, vacuuming or field charging.
Lengths of 15', 25', 35' and 50' cover most runs, and a coupler pair joins two sets for more. The UV-protective insulation sleeve suits outdoor runs. Connection is part of the system install by a licensed HVAC contractor.

Screw-On Quick Connect Fittings

Installation
Professional installation required. This equipment must be installed by a licensed HVAC contractor (EPA Section 608-certified for any refrigerant work), following MRCOOL's installation manual and all local codes, permits and licensing rules. MRCOOL's limited warranty applies only to units installed that way, and it does not cover installation labor.
Thread the male connectors onto the condenser service valves (37 ft/lb on the 3/8" side, 52 ft/lb on the 3/4" side) and repeat at the air handler or coil. Route the set, then tighten each line set valve to its connector at 33 ft/lb. Open the stop valves with a hex key only after all connections are made and before the system is switched on, and leak-check each joint with soapy water. Cover the joints with the insulating sleeve afterward to prevent condensation.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
MRCOOL handles returns through the store you bought from, so your return comes to us. Unopened, unused MRCOOL equipment can be returned within 21 days of delivery with a return authorization from us. You pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Opened, installed or used equipment and special-order items can't be returned.
MRCOOL publishes no separate warranty document for the No-Vac Quick Connect line sets, and none of the warranty documents we hold names them; ask MRCOOL for the terms that apply with your system. MRCOOL's No-Vac instructions state that not following them voids any warranty.
Warranty claims. MRCOOL handles warranty claims directly through support.mrcool.com or (270) 366-0457. Some MRCOOL warranties cover the original purchaser only. Systems that aren't DIY need a valid installation invoice to open a claim.
