MRCOOL TravelCool accessories are the interior parts of the TravelCool rooftop RV heat pump system: the MLRDK ductless ceiling kit, the MDRDK ducted ceiling kit, the MRDCW wired wall controller and the MRDRC remote. The ductless plenum is just 2.57" deep to save headroom, and the ducted assembly ties the rooftop unit into existing ceiling ducts.
Choose a ceiling kit when you buy a TravelCool rooftop unit on its own, add the wired controller for fixed wall control, or replace a lost remote. Installation of the ceiling kits and wired controller is by a licensed professional. These are the TravelCool RV air conditioner accessories.

Installation
Professional installation required. This equipment must be installed by a qualified, licensed electrician or contractor, following MRCOOL's installation manual and all local electrical and building codes and permit requirements. MRCOOL's limited warranty applies only to units installed that way, and it does not cover installation labor.
The ceiling kits mount inside the coach beneath the TravelCool rooftop unit over its 14.17" x 14.25" opening and are installed with it; the ducted kit's duct sections stack to suit roof thickness. The MRDCW wired controller mounts on a standard electrical box with a field-supplied 4-core shielded cable (RVVP-0.5mm² x 4) in conduit up to 49.21' long; keep it 11.81" to 19.68" away from high-voltage conduit and do not splice the cable.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
MRCOOL handles returns through the store you bought from, so your return comes to us. Unopened, unused MRCOOL equipment can be returned within 21 days of delivery with a return authorization from us. You pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Opened, installed or used equipment and special-order items can't be returned.
MRCOOL's non-transferable TravelCool limited warranty covers parts for 2 years from the proof-of-purchase date, for the original owner. Coverage ends if the unit is removed from the RV it was first installed in, and labor is not covered. Warranty claims. MRCOOL handles warranty claims directly through support.mrcool.com or (270) 366-0457. Some MRCOOL warranties cover the original purchaser only. Systems that aren't DIY need a valid installation invoice to open a claim.
