The MRCOOL Universal multi-position air handler is the indoor half of a Universal central heat pump, moving up to 1,801.1 CFM on the 60,000 BTU size through an all-aluminum M-shaped coil. It installs upflow, downflow or horizontal in either direction, detects a 115V, 208V or 230V supply on its own, and is matched to the Universal UHP condenser of the same capacity.
Optional slide-out electric heat kits add backup heat for cold snaps. Installation is by a licensed HVAC contractor.

Installation
Professional installation required. This equipment must be installed by a licensed HVAC contractor (EPA Section 608-certified for any refrigerant work), following MRCOOL's installation manual and all local codes, permits and licensing rules. MRCOOL's limited warranty applies only to units installed that way, and it does not cover installation labor.
Pairs with the Universal UHP condenser of the same capacity. For ducted use only, with an external static pressure range of 0 to 1.0 in. w.c. (24,000 to 36,000 BTU) or 0 to 0.8 in. w.c. (48,000 and 60,000 BTU). Refrigerant connections are 3/8" liquid and 3/4" suction. A 24V thermostat is needed and is not in the packing list. Filter sizes are 12x20x1 (24,000 BTU), 16x20x1 (30,000 and 36,000 BTU) and 20x20x1 (48,000 and 60,000 BTU).

Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Ships to addresses in the United States only, by freight carrier for the larger cartons. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, and the carrier may call ahead to book a delivery window.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
MRCOOL handles returns through the store you bought from, so your return comes to us. Unopened, unused MRCOOL equipment can be returned within 21 days of delivery with a return authorization from us. You pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Opened, installed or used equipment and special-order items can't be returned.
MRCOOL's limited warranty gives the original owner 10 years on parts from the proof of purchase date, plus a 2-year limited labor warranty that starts on the 91st day after purchase, with total labor claims capped at the purchase price less taxes. It requires purchase from an authorized dealer, installation by a professional installer to all applicable codes, policies and licensing requirements, and a matched, approved Universal condenser. About MRCOOL
MRCOOL designs heating, cooling and water-heating equipment from its home base in Hickory, Kentucky.
