What it is
The Mytee 2008CS Contractor's Special is a heated portable carpet extractor package for carpet and upholstery cleaning and hard-surface extraction. The extractor pairs a 2,000 watt in-line heater (210°F maximum) with a 220 PSI diaphragm demand pump (1.35 GPM) and dual 3-stage low-amp vacuum motors rated at 200 CFM and 130" of water lift. It ships with a 25' hose combo, a 12" dual jet wand, an 8400P Air Lite upholstery tool and a gallon of System Maintainer descaler.
Tanks and filling
Its solution and recovery tanks hold 10 gallons each. The solution tank fills from a faucet with the faucet fill hose, and a prime valve sits on the solution line. Contractor's Special packages are designed for routine carpet maintenance in offices, schools, residences and more, and Mytee pre-assembles them so the wand, hose and connections already match the extractor.
Power and circuits
The 2008CS runs on two detachable 50' 12/3 twist-lock power cords. Cord 1 draws 20 A and cord 2 draws 18 A at 115 V, and dual cord units need two separate circuits. For an unheated package on one cord, see the 2005CS.
Moving it
10" foam-filled, non-marking rear wheels and 4" locking front casters move it around the job, and built-in loading wheels let you roll it into a work vehicle without a ramp. The housing is roto-molded polyethylene that resists rust and dents, with an easy-open lid, a bucket-height drain and waist-high switches.
Package and warranty
The package includes Mytee's 8100 hose set (25' crush-proof 1.5" vacuum hose and high-pressure solution hose), the 8300-EZ 12" dual jet stainless steel wand with disconnect, the 8400P Air Lite upholstery tool, a 2" to 1.5" Cuff-Lynx reducer and one gallon of System Maintainer (refills: 3601G four-pack). The extractor is covered by Mytee's warranty: 1 year parts and labor, 2 years on major components such as pumps, vacuum motors and heaters, and 10 years on roto-molded housings and tanks.

Damaged in delivery
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Returns
Unused Mytee equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns carry Mytee's 25% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, and payment processing fees are not refunded. Electrical components and refurbished items are final sale, and used machines can't be returned.
Warranty
Mytee covers the 2008CS for 1 year on parts and labor, 2 years on major components (pumps, vacuum motors and heaters) and 10 years on roto-molded housings and tanks. The included wand, hose and tools carry the 1-year parts and labor coverage. Freezing damage, abuse, misuse and neglect void the warranty, and normal wear parts are not covered.

Everything in the frame ships in the box, along with a gallon of System Maintainer descaler. The extractor runs on two 50' twist-lock cords drawing 20 A and 18 A, so plan for two circuits.

System Maintainer is the extractor descaler that keeps scale out of the heated system. With the Air Lite tool in the package, the same machine moves from carpet to upholstery.
