Hot Turbo Heater Unboxed

Mytee's "Out of the Box" film on the 240-120 Hot Turbo, the portable in-line heater that turns a cold-water extractor into a heated one, with four 600 watt steps up to 2,400 watts.

Useful for seeing the hookup: it connects between your extractor or truckmount and the cleaning tool with the included input hose and quick connects, rated to 1,500 PSI and 210°F.

Hot Turbo Switch Bank

Hot Turbo Switch Bank

Front of the 240-120 Hot Turbo: four switches across the top, each with an indicator light, and the brass quick connects and input hose on the front panel.

Each switch adds 600 watts and 5 A, so you can run 600, 1,200, 1,800 or 2,400 watts to suit the circuit you have. At full output it draws 20 A on its single 25' cord.

Compact 26 Lb Housing

Compact 26 Lb Housing

Right side of the 240-120, showing the built-in carry handle, the brass quick connect on the input hose and the attached 25' 12/3 power cord coiled beneath.

At 11.5" x 12.5" x 11" and 26 lb, it sits beside the extractor or along a long hose run to keep water hot. Flush it with Mytee 3601 System Maintainer to remove scale.

Got Questions?

Find answers below or contact our support team.

How hot does the water get?

Up to 210°F.

Will it work with my extractor?

Mytee says it works with any cold-water extractor, and it is rated to 1,500 PSI, so it also works with truckmounts.

Can I adjust the heat?

Yes. Four switches select 600, 1,200, 1,800 or 2,400 watts.

What power does it need?

One outlet. It runs on a single 25' 12/3 cord and draws 5 A per switch at 115 V, up to 20 A with all four switches on.

How do I avoid vapor lock?

Start the extractor's pump and hold the tool lever until water flows steadily, then switch on the heaters and wait a few minutes before you start the vacuum.

What warranty does it have?

1 year parts and labor and 2 years on major components, including the heaters.
