What it is

The Mytee 5003 3-Prong Electrical Converter is an electrical converter for carpet cleaners who need two circuits on site. It splits a single 230 V, 30 A appliance outlet into two usable 115 V circuits, with built-in circuit breaker protection. It fits NEMA 10-30 style 230 V outlets.

Why you need it

Dual-cord extractors, air movers and heaters each want their own circuit, and finding two outlets on two separate circuits wastes time on a job. Plug the converter into one 230 V appliance outlet and you have two 115 V outlets to work from. Mytee says it works with its extractors, air movers and heaters, and the built-in breakers help prevent circuit breaker blowouts.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused Mytee equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns carry Mytee's 25% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, and payment processing fees are not refunded. Electrical components and refurbished items are final sale, and used machines can't be returned.

Mytee covers the 5003 for 1 year on parts and labor from the date of purchase. Wear parts that are used up in normal use are not covered, and abuse, neglect or lack of maintenance voids the warranty.

Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and serial number. We file the claim with Mytee or direct you to the nearest Mytee service center.
