Mytee 80-120 Prep Center S All-In-One Detail Machine, 12 gal., 120 PSI

What it is

The Mytee 80-120 Prep Center S is an all-in-one detailing extractor for detailing bays, car washes, car dealerships and collision repair shops. It combines hot water extraction, dry vacuuming, chemical and shampoo application and blow drying in one machine, with a 120 PSI Viton-sealed diaphragm pump (1.3 GPM), a single 3-stage low-amp vacuum rated at 100 CFM and 130" of water lift, and a 1,200 watt REAL HEAT system that heats water up to 210°F.

Tanks and chemical bottles

Its solution and recovery tanks hold about 12 gallons each, and the solution tank fills from a faucet with the faucet fill hose. Three on-board chemical bottles are pressurized by a shop air source (30 PSI maximum), each with its own 25' coiled hose and adjustable spray gun. An air line output on the switch plate also lets you run an air brush for paint correction.

Power and chassis

The 80-120 runs on a single 25' 12/3 power cord and draws 20 A at 115 V, so plug it into a grounded 20 A outlet. Mytee rebuilt the Prep Center S on a slimmer chassis than earlier Prep Center models, with more tank capacity.

Moving it

10" foam-filled rear wheels and 4" locking front casters move it around the shop. The body is roto-molded polyethylene that resists rust and dents, and a built-in tray and storage pegs keep the tools in order between jobs.

Kit and warranty

The kit includes the 8400P Air Lite upholstery tool, a 25' vacuum and solution hose combo, a 25' dry vacuum hose, a dry vacuum claw, a crevice tool and a blower tool. Mytee's 8400GT Mytee Dry GT upholstery tool and 8700 crevice tool also fit, and the dry vacuum needs a disposable G008 Piglet filter in place, sold separately. The 80-120 is covered by Mytee's warranty: 1 year parts and labor, 2 years on major components such as pumps, vacuum motors and heaters, and 10 years on roto-molded housings and tanks.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused Mytee equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns carry Mytee's 25% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, and payment processing fees are not refunded. Electrical components and refurbished items are final sale, and used machines can't be returned.

Mytee covers the 80-120 for 1 year on parts and labor, 2 years on major components (pumps, vacuum motors and heaters) and 10 years on roto-molded housings and tanks. The included hoses and tools carry the 1-year parts and labor coverage. Freezing damage, abuse, misuse and neglect void the warranty, and normal wear parts are not covered.
