Mytee A965 Soft Carpet Brushes for 10″ Carpet Shark (Set of 2)

What it is

The Mytee A965 Soft Carpet Brushes are a set of two soft white brushes for plush carpet, the same type the CRB3010 ships with. They fit the CRB3010 10" Carpet Shark, Mytee's counter-rotating brush machine, which drives its two brushes with dual motors and belts.

Changing the brushes

A counter-rotating machine works both brushes at once, so a set of two replaces the pair. To change them, slide the brush axle out of the side panel, set the new brush in place under the machine and slide the axle back through until the push pin secures it. Mytee recommends inspecting the brushes for debris and wear every day, and storing the machine on its magnetized tray, which protects the brushes.

Other brushes and warranty

The CRB3010 ships with soft white brushes; the A966 (stiff blue for low pile and CGD carpet) and A961 (black for tile and grout) sets fit the same machine. For the 17" CRB3017, choose the A965A. Mytee's limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship; brushes are wear parts, so normal wear is not covered.

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and then ship in 2 to 6 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused Mytee equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns carry Mytee's 25% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, and payment processing fees are not refunded. Electrical components and refurbished items are final sale, and used machines can't be returned.

Mytee's limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Brushes wear with use, and normal wear is not covered. Misuse, neglect or incompatible chemicals void the warranty.

Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and serial number. We file the claim with Mytee or direct you to the nearest Mytee service center.

Mytee makes three brush sets for each Carpet Shark. For the 10" CRB3010: A965 soft white for plush carpet (the type the machine ships with), A966 stiff blue for low pile and CGD carpet, and A961 black for tile and grout. The 17" CRB3017 takes the matching A965A, A966A and A961A sets.
