The Nantucket Sinks OVS is a 17.75" x 13.75" oval hand-hammered stainless steel undermount bathroom sink from the Brightwork collection, polished to a shine and made without an overflow. It makes a focal point of a bath or powder room vanity, with a simple oval bowl and a clean, overflow-free interior for a minimal look.
The 15" x 11.5" oval bowl is 5" deep, a comfortable size for hand and face washing that leaves room on a standard vanity top for soap and a towel. Designed to be undermounted, the sink sits beneath the counter, so the oval opening frames the hammered steel and water wipes straight into the bowl. It fits a 21" minimum vanity cabinet.

Installing the OVS Oval Sinks

Because every hand-made Brightwork basin is unique, Nantucket's guide provides no template: the installer traces the actual rim and, for an undermount, subtracts 1/8" from the outline (adding 1/4" where an overhang is wanted). Mounting hardware, template and silicone are not included, silicone should be kept off the bowl because it can damage the finish, and a small rim bend from shipping can be flattened with a rubber mallet over a towel. The OVS pairs with a drain made for overflow-free sinks such as the NS-UDC, while the OVS-OF takes an overflow drain such as the NS-UDBN-OF or NS-UDC-OF.

This handmade sink is designed to be undermounted. Nantucket recommends professional installation. A small rim bend from shipping can be flattened with a rubber mallet over a towel. It fits a 21" minimum base cabinet. There are no faucet holes, so the faucet mounts on the countertop or the wall. Nantucket Sinks ships this item by UPS or FedEx from North Kingstown, Rhode Island, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Nantucket Sinks products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns carry Nantucket Sinks' 25% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, and the return travels at your risk, so pack it as it arrived. Payment processing fees are not refunded. Installed, used or damaged products, and discontinued models, can't be returned.
Nantucket Sinks backs its stainless steel sinks with a limited lifetime warranty: it replaces, at its option, any sink found to have a material defect, for a lifetime of residential use. Faucets and component parts are not covered, and an undermount sink must be installed in a solid surface countertop. The warranty covers residential installations for the original purchaser; installation, labor and transportation costs, and damage from installation, improper cleaning, misuse or neglect, are not covered.
