The Nantucket Sinks 25" Deep Single Bowl Dual-Mount Granite Composite Laundry Sink comes in 3 versions: Titanium, Black or White color. Pick your options above to open the exact model, with its own price and details. The details below are for the Titanium version.
The Nantucket Sinks PR2522-DM-TI is a 25" single bowl dual-mount granite composite laundry sink in titanium with metallic flecks, crafted in Europe for the Rockport Collection. At 12" tall with an 11.5" deep basin, it is a stylish way to get the job done in a laundry room, mud room or garage: there is room to soak, hand wash and rinse, and it fits a 27" base cabinet.
The 22" x 17.5" basin is deep enough to fill a bucket, soak muddy boots or hand wash delicates, and the sink tapers inward from top to bottom. The 3.5" drain sits at the rear, which Nantucket notes leaves more space under the counter for detergent and cleaning supplies. One faucet hole is pre-cut in the deck, with 2 more pre-scored on the underside if you add a sprayer or second fixture.
Rockport sinks are made in Europe from a granite composite of 80% natural stone. Nantucket rates the material resistant to stains and scratches able to withstand thermal shock and heat resistant to 560°F, and the stone is naturally sound absorbing, so the sink stays quieter under running water. Its care guide still asks for a trivet under any pan hotter than 500°F, because a pan straight off a burner can exceed 1000°F.
It installs as a top mount or an undermount with the included clips, measures 25" x 21.75" x 12" overall and weighs 45 lbs. Nantucket designed it to coordinate with the Rockport PR-APS granite farmhouse sinks, so a laundry room can match the kitchen in the same stone and color.
Installing the PR2522-DM
The clips are included and the PR2522-DM can be top mounted or undermounted, but the spec sheet notes that no template is supplied, so the opening is laid out from the sink. Undermounted, the clips are spaced evenly and the counter is cut flush or with a 1/8" to 1/4" overhang; dropped in, the cutout gets a continuous bead of plumbing silicone, which is not included. Tighten the drain by hand so it does not crack the sink. Nantucket lists the 3.5KD-GCTI basket strainer and 3.5DF-GCTI disposal drain in the same color.
The Rockport Collection takes its name from a charming seaside village with a rugged coastline that inspired many painters, and Nantucket says the granite composite sinks are inspired by both beauty and durability. They are crafted in Europe with natural stone and come in several colors and configurations: the reversible PR3020-APS and PR3320-APS apron workstations, the PR2219PS and PR3019PS ledge workstations, and the PR1815 bar sink and PR2522-DM laundry sink, which are designed to coordinate with the apron models.
Caring for Granite Composite
Day to day, the PR2522-DM sink asks for little: clean it after use with warm water, a liquid detergent and a soft cloth, and wipe tea, coffee and juice up promptly so they do not set. Nantucket's care guide asks you not to cut directly on the surface, to skip harsh abrasives and metal pads, and to keep alcohol, gasoline, acids and solvents away from the stone. In hard water areas, lime build-up comes off by covering the bottom of the bowl with vinegar and water for several hours, then scrubbing with the stiff side of a sponge and rinsing.
For a laundry room, mud room or garage, the PR2522-DM-TI is the Nantucket Sinks 25" granite composite laundry sink in titanium: a deep utility basin in stone that coordinates with the Rockport apron sinks in the kitchen.
Features
Titanium With Metallic Flecks
The PR2522-DM-TI comes in titanium, a grey stone color with metallic flecks throughout, a neutral middle ground between white and black that suits grey, white or wood cabinetry.
Color-Matched Titanium Drain Option
Nantucket offers the 3.5KD-GCTI basket strainer and the 3.5DF-GCTI disposal drain in titanium to match this sink, so the drain blends into the stone instead of showing a bright metal ring.
Matching Titanium Rockport Pieces
Titanium is also offered in the PR1815-TI bar sink, the 22" PR2219PS-TI workstation, the 30" PR3019PS-TI workstation and the 30" PR3020-APS-TI apron sink, so a kitchen, bar and laundry room can share one stone and one color.
11.5" Deep Laundry Basin
The 22" x 17.5" bowl is 11.5" deep inside a 12" tall sink, so buckets fill under the faucet and soaking or hand washing stays inside the basin.
Dual-Mount Installation
The sink can be top mounted or undermounted with the included clips, so it suits a new laundry countertop or a drop-in replacement in an existing cabinet.
Faucet Hole Plus Pre-Scored Holes
One faucet hole is cut through and 2 more are pre-scored under the deck, so a sprayer or second fixture can be added later by opening a pre-scored hole.
Rear Drain Frees the Cabinet
The 3.5" drain is placed at the rear, so the drain line stays close to the wall and leaves more of the 27" cabinet free for storage.
80% Natural Stone Composite
Made in Europe from 80% natural stone, the composite resists stains and scratches from daily use, so the matte finish holds its look with simple care.
Heat and Thermal Shock Rated
Nantucket says the stone can withstand thermal shocks and temperatures up to 560°F. Its care guide still asks for a trivet under any pan hotter than 500°F and advises avoiding very hot and very cold together.

Installation & Care
Installation
This is a dual-mount sink, so it can go in as an undermount below a solid countertop or drop in from above. Mounting clips are included; no template is supplied, per the spec sheet. Nantucket's installation guide calls for professional installation. As an undermount, the clips are spaced evenly around the sink and the counter is cut flush or with an overhang of 1/8" to 1/4" (1/4" is recommended to hide the silicone). As a drop-in, the countertop opening is traced from the sink and cut inside the rim line, a continuous bead of plumbing silicone goes around the cutout and the clips are tightened until the rim seats; sealant is not included either way. It needs a 27" minimum base cabinet. One faucet hole is pre-cut, with 2 more pre-scored under the deck. The 3.5" rear drain opening takes a standard 3.5" drain, sold separately; tighten the drain by hand, since overtightening can crack the sink.
Care
Clean the sink after each use with warm water, a liquid detergent and a soft cloth, and wipe up tea, coffee and juice promptly. Nantucket's care guide says not to set anything hotter than 500°F on the sink (a pan straight off a burner can exceed 1000°F), so use a trivet or potholder, and avoid thermal shock from very hot and very cold together. Do not cut on the surface, and keep harsh abrasives, metal pads, alcohol, gasoline, acids and solvents off it. For lime build-up, cover the bottom with vinegar and water for several hours, then scrub with the stiff side of a sponge and rinse.
