The bucket shape is the point. The 17" x 11.5" bowl is 6.25" deep, and Nantucket gave it a thoughtful, shorter backsplash, 4" high, which reduces the distance to the basin for less splashing when you rinse muddy boots, a paint brush or a pet bowl. Hung on the wall with the included hardware, it leaves the floor below open for a hamper, a basket or a mop bucket.
Each sink is made from 16-gauge iron with a powder-coated finish inside and out and a black PVC trim along the front edge. It is made by hand, so Nantucket gives every measurement a tolerance of plus or minus 1/2", and the vintage styling gives you functional utility and style in one piece. The 1.75" center drain opening takes a standard umbrella (bath) drain, which is sold separately along with the faucet.

The sink has no faucet holes, so a wall-mount faucet sits above the backsplash, and Nantucket's guide normally sets the front lip of the bowl at 34.5" from the floor, though local code decides the height. Installing the Anchor Bucket Sinks
Nantucket recommends professional installation to local code. Following the NS-ACBS20 guide, screws go through the sink's eyelets into wall studs on 16" centers and are finished with decorative screw covers, and the spec sheet shows two included screws. The non-overflow models take a standard lavatory umbrella drain without overflow; the overflow models need one with an integral overflow. Drain and faucet are sold separately.

Caring for a Powder-Coated Finish
The bucket sink is powder coated inside and out, so cleaning is about protecting the coating: mild soap, water and a soft cloth, then a rinse and a dry. Avoid abrasive pads, scouring powders and harsh or acidic cleaners, which can dull the finish, and wipe the black PVC edge trim with the same mild soap and water.

This bucket sink mounts on the wall, and the wall-mounting hardware is included. Nantucket recommends professional installation to local code. The faucet mounts on the wall above the sink's 4" backsplash, since the sink has no faucet holes. Care
Clean the powder-coated finish with mild soap, water and a soft cloth, then rinse and dry it. Avoid abrasive pads, scouring powders and harsh or acidic cleaners, which can dull or wear through the coating, and dry the bowl after use rather than leaving wet sponges or standing water in it. Wipe the black PVC edge trim with the same mild soap and water.

Nantucket Sinks ships this item by UPS or FedEx from North Kingstown, Rhode Island, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Nantucket Sinks products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns carry Nantucket Sinks' 25% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, and the return travels at your risk, so pack it as it arrived. Payment processing fees are not refunded. Installed, used or damaged products, and discontinued models, can't be returned.
Nantucket Sinks lists a 5-year limited warranty for this sink: it replaces, at its option, a sink found to have a material defect. Chipping of the finish from impact is not covered. The warranty covers residential installations for the original purchaser; installation, labor and transportation costs, and damage from installation, improper cleaning, misuse or neglect, are not covered.
