Installation & Care
Installation
Nantucket recommends professional installation. The drain is sized for a standard 3.5" kitchen sink drain opening. It fits a standard 3.5" opening and is designed for the thicker basin bottom of a fireclay sink; Nantucket lists it for its Cape Collection and Vineyard Collection fireclay sinks. When installing in fireclay, tighten by hand so the fitting is not overtightened against the ceramic.
Care
Hand wash the drain and basket with a brush or sponge and air dry; do not put it in the dishwasher, as high temperatures could warp the rubber gasket. Wipe the stainless steel with the grain using a mild cleaner, remove mineral deposits with vinegar and water, and never use steel wool or bleach.

Nantucket Sinks ships this item by UPS or FedEx from North Kingstown, Rhode Island, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Nantucket Sinks products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns carry Nantucket Sinks' 25% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, and the return travels at your risk, so pack it as it arrived. Payment processing fees are not refunded. Installed, used or damaged products, and discontinued models, can't be returned.
Nantucket Sinks backs its accessories with a 1-year limited warranty and replaces a drain, faucet, grid or other accessory found to have a material defect. The warranty covers residential installations for the original purchaser; installation, labor and transportation costs, and damage from installation, improper cleaning, misuse or neglect, are not covered.
Warranty claims. Email Nantucket Sinks at info@nantucketsinksusa.com with the date and place of purchase and installation, the model number, a description of the defect and photos of it. Nantucket Sinks may inspect the product and the installation before it decides on a replacement or adjustment. Contact us with your order number if you would like help with the claim.
