The Nantucket Sinks PS20B-REC3 is a condiment tray for Pro Series Prep Station sinks: a 10" x 18" x 1" black HDPE board with three removable rectangular stainless steel bins. It is the narrow three-bin board in the PS20B range, for a compact garnish station, a sandwich line or a small set of chopped herbs and aromatics kept within reach over the sink.
Nantucket designed the PS20B boards for its Pro Series Prep Station sinks with an 18" opening and a built-in ledge: ZR-PS-3620-16, ZR-PS-3220-16, SR-PS-3220-16, SR-PS-3220-OSD, SR-PS-4220-16 and SR-PS-6020-16. The board sits comfortably on the interior ledge and slides across the sink, so you can move your condiments or prep bowls to wherever you are working, then lift the board off and carry it to the table or the counter.
The board is black HDPE, a dense plastic cutting surface made in the USA, and the removable containers are 304 stainless steel. Each PS20B model holds a different set of containers, so you can coordinate several boards to build your own workstation setup across a large Prep Station sink.
Check the fit before ordering. No assembly is required. The sink is sold separately, so match the model number on your sink to that list.
The PS20B range lets you mix boards on one sink: the PS20B-REC5 (17" board, five 7" x 4.25" bins), PS20B-REC3 (10" board, three 7" x 4.25" bins), PS20B-REC2 (12" board, two 10.25" x 6.25" bins), PS20B-RD1 (13" board, a 10.75" colander and bowl) and PS20B-RD3 (8" board, three 4" round bowls), all 18" long to span the ledge.

Features
Three 7" x 4.25" Bins
Three rectangular bins, each 7" x 4.25" x 2.5", line up across the board to hold garnishes, sauces or chopped ingredients side by side.
Narrow 10" Board
The 10" x 18" board takes up only part of the bowl, leaving the rest of the sink open for rinsing while the bins stay in place.
Fits 18" Prep Station Ledges
The 18" side of the board spans the interior ledge of Nantucket's Prep Station sinks with an 18" opening, including ZR-PS-3620-16, ZR-PS-3220-16, SR-PS-3220-16, SR-PS-3220-OSD, SR-PS-4220-16 and SR-PS-6020-16.
Slides Along the Sink
Resting on the ledge, the board slides across the bowl, so the containers follow you from the rinse end to the prep end without lifting anything.
Made-in-USA HDPE Board
The 1" thick black HDPE board is made in the USA and doubles as a cutting surface, so you can chop and fill the bins on the same piece.
Removable 304 Stainless Containers
The containers are 304 stainless steel and lift out of the board, so each one can be filled, refilled or washed on its own.

Installation & Care
Installation
No installation or assembly is required: set the board on the interior ledge of a compatible Pro Series Prep Station sink (ZR-PS-3620-16, ZR-PS-3220-16, SR-PS-3220-16, SR-PS-3220-OSD, SR-PS-4220-16 and SR-PS-6020-16) and slide it into position. The sink is sold separately.
Care
Hand wash the board and containers with a brush or sponge, rinse, wipe down and air dry. Nantucket's care instruction for the set is hand washing, so keep them out of the dishwasher.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Nantucket Sinks ships this item by UPS or FedEx from North Kingstown, Rhode Island, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Nantucket Sinks products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns carry Nantucket Sinks' 25% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, and the return travels at your risk, so pack it as it arrived. Payment processing fees are not refunded. Installed, used or damaged products, and discontinued models, can't be returned.
Nantucket Sinks backs its accessories with a 1-year limited warranty and replaces a drain, faucet, grid or other accessory found to have a material defect. The warranty covers residential installations for the original purchaser; installation, labor and transportation costs, and damage from installation, improper cleaning, misuse or neglect, are not covered.
Warranty claims. Email Nantucket Sinks at info@nantucketsinksusa.com with the date and place of purchase and installation, the model number, a description of the defect and photos of it. Nantucket Sinks may inspect the product and the installation before it decides on a replacement or adjustment. Contact us with your order number if you would like help with the claim.
