Novatek's 14" cloth filter kit packs a cloth filter, a basket and a drum adapter together, and the cloth filter is the part that wears. This is the filter on its own, so you can renew it without buying the basket and drum adapter again.
Novatek lists it for floor vac and 55 gal drum adapter setups. It is a round cloth filter with a sewn rim band.
