The AV1 RCT turns compressed air into 200" H₂O of suction through a venturi, so the cart carries no motor, switch or cable. Fed 35-50 CFM at 90-100 PSI, it pulls 120 CFM through washable conductive filters and a HEPA stage rated 99.995% at 0.2 micron.
It takes dry material only. Confirm your air supply can hold 90 PSI at the cart before you order.
The cart ships with a static-dissipating 1.5" x 10' suction hose, a double bend wand, floor tool, crevice tool and round brush, all ESD safe, plus a 0.5" x 25' static-dissipating air line hose.
The stainless basket on the cart holds the kit, so the hose and tools travel with the vacuum instead of being left on the floor.
The RCT carts take the AV1 air-driven design and add a removable collection tank that comes off the cart for emptying. The AV1 drum models do without the cart, and the electric EX1 line offers drums and carts for sites without compressed air.
Choose a cart when the tank is emptied several times a shift or moved between rooms.

PrestiVac rates it for Class I, Division 1, Groups A, B, C and D (T6) and Class II, Division 1, Groups E, F and G. It is a manufacturer rating: with no electrical components the unit is outside the UL 1203 electrical listing. PrestiVac claims no NRTL, ATEX or IECEx approval for this line, so confirm suitability against your own area classification.
35-50 CFM at 90-100 PSI through a 0.5" air line. That is more than many small portable compressors deliver, so check your plant air first.
Removable collection tank. The tank comes off the cart for emptying, so you never tip the whole unit to empty it.
No. The AV1 RCT models are for dry collection only.
Yes. There is no motor to overheat, so it runs as long as the compressed air does.
