The PrestiVac EX1-20 RCT HEPA is the larger electric cart model, with a 14-gallon removable collection tank under the EX1 explosion-proof motor head. Crews take the full tank off to empty it while the cart, hose and tools stay where they are working.
Certified by CSA to UL 1203 for Class I, Division 1, Group D and Class II, Division 1, Groups E, F and G, it suits production areas that fill a smaller tank several times a shift. It plugs into a grounded 120V outlet.

Setup & Placement
Plug the unit only into a grounded 120V, 60Hz outlet. The supplied 15 A explosion-proof plug covers Class I and Class II Group F and G locations and is not supplied for Group E. The CSA certificate requires the attachment plug to be certified and rated for the location, so confirm it matches your area classification before use.
Keep the vacuum grounded and bonded in line with the National Electrical Code, Article 250, and use only static-dissipating hose and filters. The unit is for commercial, indoor use.
Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Shipping is charged at checkout. Each unit ships from the PrestiVac factory in about 5 business days.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused PrestiVac vacuums in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery with a return authorization from us. Each return is confirmed with the factory, so contact us before you ship. You pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Used or contaminated units and special-order or custom-configured items can't be returned.
PrestiVac covers this vacuum with its 3-year manufacturer warranty.
Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number and the vacuum's serial number, and we will open the claim with PrestiVac.

PrestiVac Inc. designs and builds industrial vacuums for hazardous locations and contamination-controlled work, with design and manufacturing done at its own plant in Dover, Delaware. Every unit is stainless steel with no painted components, and the whole machine is grounded and static dissipating so a spark or static charge has nowhere to start.
The RCT carts sit above the EX1 drum models. The EX1-10 RCT HEPA holds 7 gallons and the EX1-20 RCT HEPA holds 14 gallons, both on a stainless cart with a tool basket. Where a cart is not needed, the EX1-10 HEPA, EX1-15 HEPA and EX1-55 HEPA drums use the same motor.
