The ANZZI SB-AZ022R is the 48" x 36" Port Series corner shower base with a center drain, in the right hand version. Made for a 48" x 36" corner, it brings a lustrous high gloss white acrylic floor with a two-sided integrated tile flange.
Port is a corner base: a two-sided integrated tile flange runs along the two walls of the corner, and the open sides take your glass enclosure. ANZZI builds it from Rhino Alloy certified marine grade acrylic with fiberglass reinforcement, in a lustrous high gloss white finish that brightens a small shower.
The integrated flange is 1.2" tall, so tile or panels lap over it and wall water runs back into the base, and the interior depth of up to 2.5" holds water toward the center drain.
ANZZI states the base is cUPC certified, and the fiberglass reinforcement under the acrylic gives the floor a firm, solid feel. Because the base sits in a corner, only two walls take the flange, which keeps the framing simple.
Overall the base measures 48" W x 36" D x 5.5" H. The center drain sits mid-floor, the usual position when you are replacing an existing center-drain pan. It is a corner base: the flange runs along the two walls of the corner, and the open sides take a corner glass enclosure, so measure both walls of the corner before ordering.
Port is offered in a left hand version (SB-AZ022L) and a right hand version (SB-AZ022R); check the orientation on ANZZI's spec sheet in Resources against the corner you are fitting before you order. The 48" x 36" footprint is a comfortable size for a corner, roomier than a 36" square base without the full length of a 60" alcove. Both versions share the same 1.2" integrated flange, interior depth of up to 2.5" and center drain, so the choice of hand is purely about the room.
Plan the rest of the shower around the base: you will need a drain assembly, sold separately, mortar and sealant for the install, and a corner glass enclosure or wall surround to finish the space. Day to day the floor needs little more than a rinse and a wipe with a soft cloth after showering, and a wash with mild soap now and then keeps the surface bright; skip abrasive pads and scrapers, which dull the finish.
Port suits a corner shower in a guest bath, an en suite or a basement bathroom where a 48" x 36" footprint fits along two walls, finished with a glass corner enclosure.

Installation & Care
Installation
Frame the corner so the walls and subfloor are solid, plumb and square, as ANZZI's manual requires, and confirm the drain location before you start. The drain assembly is sold separately: the manual calls for a 2" PVC waste pipe, a drain cutout no larger than 5" in diameter (a 5" x 5" opening in the subfloor) and a sealant or gasket at the drain, never plumber's putty, which degrades the base. Let the base reach room temperature for 30 minutes, set it level in two directions on a bed of thick mortar, fasten the flange to the studs with gaps under 1/8" (shim where needed), and wait 24 hours before using the shower. Install the base before the door, wall panels or tile. ANZZI's installation manual is in Resources.
Care
ANZZI's base manual says to wipe the acrylic after each use with a soft cloth and to clean it with non-abrasive sprays or cream-based cleaners; never use abrasive cleansers, metal brushes or scrapers, which scratch and dull the surface. ANZZI's care guide adds: wash with regular soap and hot water on a non-abrasive cloth or sponge, test any stronger cleaner on an inconspicuous area first, rinse completely right after cleaning, and do not let the cleaner soak.

ANZZI ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by LTL freight with curbside delivery: the carrier contacts you to schedule the delivery, and you move the item from the curb to its final spot. Orders usually leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states; for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused ANZZI products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
ANZZI warrants this product to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime, for residential use, and replaces a defective product or part free of charge. Register it at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery to activate the warranty, and report any surface damage within 5 days of delivery, before installation. Shipping, handling and labor costs, commercial use, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, hard-water or mineral deposits and corrosive cleaners are not covered.
Warranty claims. Call ANZZI at 1-844-442-6994 (1-844-44-ANZZI) with your proof of purchase to submit a claim and get a return authorization (RMA).
