The ANZZI SB-AZ03RD is the 60" x 32" Tier Series single threshold alcove shower base with a right drain. It fits a standard 60" alcove with a lustrous high gloss white acrylic floor and a three-sided integrated tile flange.
Tier is a three-wall alcove base: a three-sided integrated tile flange runs along the back and both side walls, and the single threshold faces the room. ANZZI builds it from Rhino Alloy certified marine grade acrylic with fiberglass reinforcement, in a lustrous high gloss white finish that brightens the shower.
The integrated flange is 1.2" tall, so the wall finish laps over it and water runs back into the base, and the interior depth of up to 2.5" keeps water in the base and moving to the drain.
ANZZI states the base is cUPC certified, and at 5.5" overall height the base keeps the step into the shower moderate. The 60" length suits the alcove a bathtub leaves behind when it comes out, and because the flange is molded into the base there is no separate flange kit to fit before it goes against the studs.
Overall the base measures 60" W x 32" D x 5.5" H. The drain sits toward the right end, so the drain line under the floor must match that position. It is an alcove base: measure the framed opening stud to stud on all three walls before ordering, so the base sits snugly and the flange tucks behind the wall finish.
To choose a model, measure the depth of the alcove from the back wall to the front edge: SB-AZ03 is 32" deep and SB-AZ04 is 36", both 60" long, and each comes with a left, center or right drain so you can match the drain line you have. Whichever you choose, the flange, the high gloss finish and the interior depth are the same, and the drain assembly is sold separately.
Plan the rest of the shower around the base: you will need a drain assembly, sold separately, mortar and sealant for the install, and a sliding or hinged glass door, or an ANZZI wall surround to finish the space. Day to day the floor needs little more than a rinse and a wipe with a soft cloth after showering, and a wash with mild soap now and then keeps the surface bright; skip abrasive pads and scrapers, which dull the finish.
Tier suits a tub-to-shower conversion or a new 60" alcove shower in a family or primary bathroom, finished with a sliding glass door or a wall surround.

Installation & Care
Installation
Frame the alcove so the walls and subfloor are solid, plumb and square, as ANZZI's manual requires, and confirm the drain location before you start. The drain assembly is sold separately: the manual calls for a 2" PVC waste pipe, a drain cutout no larger than 5" in diameter (a 5" x 5" opening in the subfloor) and a sealant or gasket at the drain, never plumber's putty, which degrades the base. Let the base reach room temperature for 30 minutes, set it level in two directions on a bed of thick mortar, fasten the flange to the studs with gaps under 1/8" (shim where needed), and wait 24 hours before using the shower. Install the base before the door, wall panels or tile. ANZZI's installation manual is in Resources.
Care
ANZZI's base manual says to wipe the acrylic after each use with a soft cloth and to clean it with non-abrasive sprays or cream-based cleaners; never use abrasive cleansers, metal brushes or scrapers, which scratch and dull the surface. ANZZI's care guide adds: wash with regular soap and hot water on a non-abrasive cloth or sponge, test any stronger cleaner on an inconspicuous area first, rinse completely right after cleaning, and do not let the cleaner soak.

ANZZI ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by LTL freight with curbside delivery: the carrier contacts you to schedule the delivery, and you move the item from the curb to its final spot. Orders usually leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states; for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused ANZZI products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
ANZZI warrants this product to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime, for residential use, and replaces a defective product or part free of charge. Register it at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery to activate the warranty, and report any surface damage within 5 days of delivery, before installation. Shipping, handling and labor costs, commercial use, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, hard-water or mineral deposits and corrosive cleaners are not covered.
Warranty claims. Call ANZZI at 1-844-442-6994 (1-844-44-ANZZI) with your proof of purchase to submit a claim and get a return authorization (RMA).
