The ANZZI SH-AZ039 Mezzo Series is a single-handle tub and shower faucet set in oil rubbed bronze, with a 7.99" Heavy Rain shower head, a wall tub spout and the in-wall valve included. The valve, trim, shower head and tub spout come in one box.
The 7.99" round Heavy Rain head provides a powerful and deeply refreshing full body shower. The mixing lever sets flow and temperature in one movement, and a separate diverter knob on the trim sends water to the tub spout or up to the shower.
The tub spout has a 7.46" reach and an aerator. The shower is rated at 1.8 GPM.
ANZZI crafts the Mezzo with a lead-free RHINO ALLOY certified brass interior under a rust resistant oil rubbed bronze finish. Inside the wall, the valve body holds a cartridge and a check valve, and the set is listed to ASME A112.18.1/CSA B125.1 and cUPC certified for North America.
Installing the Valve and Trim
Installation follows ANZZI's guide. The valve goes in with its protective cover flush to the finished wall, the hot and cold supply lines connect to their matching sides, and you run the water for 1 to 2 minutes and check every connection for leaks before the wall is closed. Then the trim plate, diverter knob and mixing handle go on, and the shower arm and spout connector thread on with Teflon tape before the spout is attached.
Care for the oil rubbed bronze finish is simple: regular soap and warm water on a soft, non-abrasive cloth, then rinse and dry. Keep abrasive pads off the surface, test any stronger cleaner on an inconspicuous spot first and do not let it soak. The spout aerator unscrews with the included aerator wrench for cleaning. A single lever controls the set.
The box holds the shower arm and flange, the shower head, the valve body with its sleeve, cartridge and check valve, the trim plate, the mixing handle, the diverter knob, the tub spout with its connector and two set screws, the aerator, an Allen key, screws and O-rings. Have a screwdriver, channel locks, an adjustable wrench, goggles and Teflon tape ready, and fit the O-ring between the shower arm and the head.
The ANZZI SH-AZ039 Mezzo single-handle tub and shower faucet set brings a 7.99" rain head, a diverter, a 7.46" reach aerated spout and the in-wall valve together in oil rubbed bronze. ANZZI lists the set as cUPC certified and to ASME A112.18.1/CSA B125.1.

Installation & Care
Installation
Wall mount, valve included. Set the valve so its protective cover is flush with the finished wall, connect the hot and cold supply lines to the matching sides, run the water for 1 to 2 minutes and check every connection for leaks before closing the wall. Fit the trim plate, diverter knob and mixing handle, thread the shower arm and spout connector with Teflon tape, then attach the spout.
Care
Wipe the oil rubbed bronze finish with regular soap, warm water and a soft, non-abrasive cloth, then rinse and dry. Avoid abrasive pads, powders and bleach cleaners on the surface, test any stronger product on a hidden area, never let cleaner soak, and clean the spout aerator with the supplied wrench when flow drops.
