The ANZZI SH-AZ040 is a Spirito Series single-handle wall-mounted showerhead and bath faucet set in polished chrome: a Heavy Rain showerhead, a tub spout, a mixing valve with diverter and the trim to finish it. It is one set for a tub-shower combination, with the showerhead, tub spout and valve together.
Rain Overhead, Spout Below
Overhead, the 7.99" Heavy Rain showerhead gives a powerful and deeply refreshing full body shower at a flow rate of 1.8 GPM. Below it, the wall spout reaches 5" out from the tiled wall to fill the tub.
One lever handle on the trim plate sets the flow and the temperature together, and a separate diverter knob sends the water to the showerhead or the tub spout. The deceptively simple single handle design gives complete and easy control of both water flow and temperature, while keeping a minimalist look on the wall.
One Box, One Finish
The valve is built from lead-free RHINO ALLOY certified brass with ANZZI's rust resistant polished chrome finish, and the water is controlled by a marine grade ceramic disc valve. ANZZI's install guide lists the set to ASME A112.18.1/CSA B125.1, and the Spirito is cUPC certified and listed for North America. The valve body includes a check valve.
In a tub-shower combination the routine is simple: set the temperature with the lever while the water runs from the 5" tub spout, then turn the diverter knob to send it up to the 7.99" showerhead once it is warm. One lever sets the temperature for both the showerhead and the tub spout, and a diverter knob switches between them.
ANZZI's install guide sets out the job in order. The valve's protective cover stays on until it sits flush with the finished wall; the hot and cold supply lines connect to their own sides of the valve; the water then runs for 1 to 2 minutes so every connection can be checked. Teflon tape goes on the shower arm and on the spout connector, the spout flange goes on before the spout is screwed on, and two set screws secure the spout. The guide recommends a screwdriver, channel locks, an adjustable wrench, an Allen key, goggles and Teflon tape.
Because the set arrives with the shower arm, flange, showerhead, valve body, cartridge, trim plate, handle, diverter knob and spout, the SH-AZ040 covers a complete tub and shower trim-out in one box. The design is modern and European inspired, brought to life through precision German engineering. Installation & Care
Installation
Wall mounted: the valve body is plumbed into the wall with the hot and cold supplies connected to their own sides. Leave the last protective cover on until it sits flush with the finished wall, then flush the lines for 1 to 2 minutes and check for leaks. Wrap Teflon tape on the shower arm and spout connector, fit the flanges, fix the spout with its two set screws, then mount the trim plate, diverter knob and handle.
Care
Clean the polished chrome finish with regular soap and warm water on a soft, non-abrasive cloth or sponge, then rinse and dry it. Use only a non-abrasive cloth or sponge. Test any stronger cleaner on an inconspicuous area first, and do not let cleaner soak on the surface.

ANZZI ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by UPS, FedEx or USPS, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused ANZZI products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
ANZZI warrants this product to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime, for residential use, and replaces a defective product or part free of charge. Register it at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery to activate the warranty, and report any surface damage within 5 days of delivery, before installation. Shipping, handling and labor costs, commercial use, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, hard-water or mineral deposits and corrosive cleaners are not covered.
Warranty claims. Call ANZZI at 1-844-442-6994 (1-844-44-ANZZI) with your proof of purchase to submit a claim and get a return authorization (RMA). Register the product at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery, or the warranty is not active. Contact us with your order number if you would like help with the claim.
