The ANZZI SH-AZ042 is an Echo Series single-handle wall-mounted tub and shower faucet in polished chrome, with a tub spout and the Euro-Grip handheld sprayer. It mounts on the wall over embedded outlet pipes above the tub.
Spout and Diverter in One Movement
One lever controls both flow and temperature. The spout doubles as the diverter: swing it to the left and water runs to the hand shower, swing it to the right and it fills the tub. The handheld sprayer clips into a wall holder and is free to lift out on its hose.
The faucet flows at 2 GPM. The body has a compact, small profile against the wall, and its minimalist aesthetic is made to match any modern or contemporary décor style.
The interior is lead-free solid brass, Rhino Alloy certified, under a rust resistant polished chrome finish. The faucet is cUPC certified and listed for installation in North America, and it meets ASME A112.18.1/CSA B125.1.
Wall Outlets 5.91" Apart
ANZZI's manual sets out the rough-in: the two outlet pipes in the wall sit 150 mm (5.91") apart and stand 900 mm to 1000 mm (35.43" to 39.37") above the floor. Each eccentric nut is sealed with tape and screwed onto its embedded outlet pipe, the flanges press flat against the wall, and the faucet body tightens onto the eccentric nuts with a washer between each pair. If the outlets are slightly out of line, the eccentric nuts are turned until the body lines up.
The shower hose links the faucet body to the hand shower, and the shower holder fixes to the wall with expansion anchors and screws. For the first run, open the handle and turn the spout to flush any debris out of the pipes, then check the connections for leaks. Check valves sit in the assembly.
Because it mounts to two outlet pipes on the wall with adjustable eccentric connectors, the SH-AZ042 can replace an existing exposed bath mixer on outlets set 5.91" apart without opening the wall. The spout carries its own aerator and aerator collar, listed in ANZZI's parts list.
The recommended tools are a screwdriver, channel locks, an adjustable wrench, an Allen key, goggles and Teflon tape, and every instruction should be read through before the work starts.

Installation & Care
Installation
Wall mount on two embedded outlet pipes spaced 5.91" (150 mm) apart and set 35.43" to 39.37" (900 to 1000 mm) above the floor. Seal the eccentric nuts with Teflon tape, thread them into the outlet pipes, press the flanges to the wall and fit the faucet, with a washer between the nuts. Mount the shower holder with the expansion anchors and connect the hose. Flush the pipes through the spout before first use and check every connection for leaks.
Care
Clean the faucet with water and dry it with a soft cloth; ANZZI's manual allows a gentle liquid or glass cleaner. Do not use acid cleaners, and do not clean with abrasive material, abrasive paper or a knife, which scratch the plated finish.

ANZZI ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by UPS, FedEx or USPS, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused ANZZI products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
ANZZI warrants this product to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime, for residential use, and replaces a defective product or part free of charge. Register it at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery to activate the warranty, and report any surface damage within 5 days of delivery, before installation. Shipping, handling and labor costs, commercial use, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, hard-water or mineral deposits and corrosive cleaners are not covered.
Warranty claims. Call ANZZI at 1-844-442-6994 (1-844-44-ANZZI) with your proof of purchase to submit a claim and get a return authorization (RMA). Register the product at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery, or the warranty is not active. Contact us with your order number if you would like help with the claim.
