The ANZZI SP-AZ012 Monsoon full body shower panel system is a 57" class shower tower with a rich mahogany-style tempered deco-glass face and polished chrome jets, knobs and trim. It carries a Heavy Rain overhead shower, four body jets and a handheld Euro-Grip sprayer.
Four Jets, Rain and a Handheld
The four Acu-Stream body jets are fully directional and provide powerful and evenly dispersed streams to massage the body, while the 6.89" x 6.89" Heavy Rain head pours a steady flow from overhead. At the side of the column, the Euro-Grip hand sprayer reaches up to 60".
Two knobs run the whole panel: a thermostatic mixer that holds the temperature you set, and a diverter that sends the water to the rain head, the jets or the hand sprayer. The system flows at 1.8 GPM, and the panel arrives pre-plumbed, with flexible reinforced stainless steel hoses on standard 1/2" connections.
Under the glass, ANZZI uses RHINO ALLOY certified 304 stainless steel with solid brass valves and brass body jets, and the system is listed to ASME A112.18.1/CSA B125.1. The panel weighs 26.67 lb and stands 59.05" tall on two wall brackets.
Pre-Plumbed and Bracket Mounted
Because the panel arrives pre-plumbed, installation stays on the face of the wall. The top bracket takes two holes drilled 1" apart at the height you want and the bottom bracket two more 1" apart about 45" below it, after checking that no cables or pipes run behind the drilling position. The panel hangs on the brackets and its hot and cold hoses screw onto the 1/2" supply lines in the wall with Teflon tape and the supplied O-rings.
ANZZI's parts list details the materials: a stainless steel shower head and back body, a brass arm bar, flange and thermostatic mixer, zinc knobs and handle, ABS cartridges and hand shower, and a PVC hand shower hose. The bracket holes are drilled with a 6 mm bit and take the supplied wall anchors, and the shower arm fixes through the panel with a rubber washer and nut on the back.

Installation & Care
Installation
Wall mount over existing hot and cold supply outlets. Drill two holes 1" apart for the top bracket at the height you want and two more 1" apart about 45" below it for the bottom bracket, after checking that no cables or pipes run behind the drilling position. Fit the anchors and brackets, hang the panel and screw its hot and cold hoses onto the 1/2" supply lines in the wall with Teflon tape and the supplied O-rings.
Care
Use regular soap and hot water with a non-abrasive cloth or sponge. Test any stronger cleaner on a hidden spot first, rinse every surface with water immediately after applying it, and never let cleaner soak.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty
ANZZI ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by UPS, FedEx or USPS, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused ANZZI products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
ANZZI warrants this product to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime, for residential use, and replaces a defective product or part free of charge. Register it at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery to activate the warranty, and report any surface damage within 5 days of delivery, before installation. Shipping, handling and labor costs, commercial use, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, hard-water or mineral deposits and corrosive cleaners are not covered.
Warranty claims. Call ANZZI at 1-844-442-6994 (1-844-44-ANZZI) with your proof of purchase to submit a claim and get a return authorization (RMA). Register the product at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery, or the warranty is not active. Contact us with your order number if you would like help with the claim.
