The ANZZI SP-AZ028 is a Donna Series 60" full body shower panel in white, a six-jet shower tower with a Heavy Rain overhead head, Acu-Stream body jets and the Euro-Grip handheld sprayer. The panel arrives pre-plumbed and hangs on two wall brackets, and it needs separate hot and cold supply outlets in the wall for its hoses. It is a non-retrofit installation, not a swap onto an existing shower arm.
Six Jets, a Rain Head and a Shelf
Six directional body jets in polished chrome run down the column to massage the back and legs, while the swiveling overhead head releases a steady rainfall from above. The handheld sprayer sits at the column's side and reaches 60" on its hose.
Three chrome controls run the system: a thermostatic mixer that holds the temperature you set, a diverter for the outlets and an on and off control. A tempered glass shampoo shelf built into the panel keeps bottles off the floor and within reach. The system flows at 2.5 GPM.
The body is aluminum with a white Deco-Glass face, the overhead head is stainless steel, and the arm, flanges and body jets are brass; ANZZI pairs the aluminum body with solid brass valves and rates the materials Rhino Alloy certified. The panel stands 59.06" tall and weighs 17.20 lbs, and reinforced stainless steel hoses connect to standard 1/2" supplies.
Hanging the Panel
The Donna hangs on two stainless steel brackets. Check the wall for hidden cables and pipes, drill the two top bracket holes 1" apart with a 6mm bit at the height you choose, and drill the two bottom bracket holes 1" apart about 45" below. Wall anchors take the screws, the hot and cold hoses screw onto the supply lines in the wall, and the panel lifts onto its brackets.
The Donna is rated at 2.5 GPM. The overhead head is 7.677" across.
The face is white Deco-Glass, and the three thermostatic and diverter controls are chrome.
The knobs and handles are zinc under brass plate covers, while the flexible hose, bracket and screws are stainless steel. The recommended tools are a screwdriver, channel locks, an adjustable wrench, an Allen key, goggles and Teflon tape, and every instruction should be read through before the work starts.

Installation & Care
Installation
Wall mount over the finished shower wall. Check the wall for hidden cables and pipes, then drill two holes 1" apart for the top bracket at the height you want and two holes 1" apart for the bottom bracket about 45" below it, using a 6 mm drill and the supplied wall anchors. Screw the panel's hot and cold hoses onto 1/2" supply connections in the wall, then hang the panel on the brackets and fit the shower head and hand shower. Teflon tape, channel locks and an adjustable wrench are recommended.
Care
Clean the panel regularly with regular soap and hot water on a non-abrasive cloth or sponge, which stops mineral and soap build-up before it hardens. If a stronger cleaner is needed, test it on an inconspicuous area first, then wipe and rinse every surface with water straight after and dry any overspray. Do not let cleaner soak on the surface, and keep abrasive pads off the finish and the jet faces. Wipe the glass face with a soft cloth to keep it streak free.

ANZZI ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by UPS, FedEx or USPS, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused ANZZI products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
ANZZI warrants this product to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime, for residential use, and replaces a defective product or part free of charge. Register it at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery to activate the warranty, and report any surface damage within 5 days of delivery, before installation. Shipping, handling and labor costs, commercial use, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, hard-water or mineral deposits and corrosive cleaners are not covered.
Warranty claims. Call ANZZI at 1-844-442-6994 (1-844-44-ANZZI) with your proof of purchase to submit a claim and get a return authorization (RMA). Register the product at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery, or the warranty is not active. Contact us with your order number if you would like help with the claim.
