If anyone has difficulty breathing or irritation of the eyes, nose or throat, they should leave the steam room straight away, and oil that reaches the eyes should be rinsed out with plenty of water.

Installation & Care
Installation
Nothing to install: with the steam off and the steamhead cool, add 3 drops of oil to the steamhead's aromatic reservoir, then start the steam from the control panel. Put oils only in the steamhead reservoir, never into a steam generator or a portable steamer's water tank. SteamSpa's aroma guidance describes the oils as flammable: keep them away from flames and lit cigarettes, sealed, and in a well-ventilated area out of reach of children.
Care
Cap each bottle straight after use and store the set upright in a cool, dry place. If oil gets in someone's eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water, and leave the steam room if the scent causes any discomfort. Wipe drips off the steamhead with a soft damp cloth.

SteamSpa ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by UPS, FedEx or USPS, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused SteamSpa products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
SteamSpa covers its controls, lights, steamheads, aroma oil pump, drain head, drip pan and other accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from purchase, when installed in the United States or Canada. Coverage is for residential use and requires installation in line with the SteamSpa manual; damage from lightning or power surges, local water conditions, misuse or improper installation is excluded, and surface damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Warranty claims. Call SteamSpa at 1-866-588-8008 or email info@steamspa.com with your proof of purchase and the model number. Register the generator at steamspa.com/register within 90 days of delivery, or the warranty is not active. Contact us with your order number if you would like help with the claim.
