The SteamSpa G-LED is a white LED light for steam showers and steam rooms, made to run from a SteamSpa steam generator and switched from its control panel. It gives the room a soothing white glow during a steam session, enough to see the controls and the bench through the steam without bright overhead lighting.
The light mounts in the ceiling of the steam room through a 1.77" hole, with a rubber gasket under the lip and a nut tightened from above, so only the lens shows inside the room. It joins the generator's light lead, the same circuit the control panel's light key switches.
Runs With the Steam Session
Because it is part of the generator system, the light follows the session: when the steam time ends or you shut the generator off, the steam and the light go off together, so nothing is left burning in an empty room.
On SteamSpa's STPBN and DTPBN touch panels and the WTPMK wireless panel, one light key switches it on and off, so you can turn it on as you step in and leave the panel set for steam.
SteamSpa's control packages show where it fits: the WTPFFMK wireless full-function package lists two chroma color lights and one LED white light, wired from the generator's light lead through the same controller and light wire opening on the generator. Installing it takes care: the manual tells the installer to take moisture-proof measures, because the light's electrical parts cannot be exposed to moisture.
On SteamSpa's wireless full-function panel, the same key turns the chroma lights and the white light on together, so a room fitted with both lights up in one press.
Planning the Install
A steam room has to be sealed so steam cannot escape into the wall or ceiling cavity, and SteamSpa recommends 100% silicone caulk around pipes and fittings; the light's ceiling opening gets the same care, with the rubber gasket seated flat against the ceiling. All wiring must be installed by a licensed electrical contractor, and power to the generator is disconnected for any service.

Installation & Care
Installation
Install with the steam generator, following the SteamSpa generator manual, with all wiring by a licensed electrician to local and national codes. Drill a 1.77" hole in the steam room ceiling, set the rubber gasket under the light's lip, push the light up through the hole and tighten the nut from above. Take moisture-proof measures during installation: the electrical parts of the light must not be exposed to moisture, which can damage them and cause a short circuit. Connect the light lead to the generator's light connection and test it from the control panel.
Care
Wipe the lens with a soft cloth and mild soapy water once the room has cooled; avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemical cleaners, and switch off power at the breaker before any service.

SteamSpa ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by UPS, FedEx or USPS, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused SteamSpa products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
SteamSpa covers its controls, lights, steamheads, aroma oil pump, drain head, drip pan and other accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from purchase, when installed in the United States or Canada. Coverage is for residential use and requires installation in line with the SteamSpa manual; damage from lightning or power surges, local water conditions, misuse or improper installation is excluded, and surface damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Warranty claims. Call SteamSpa at 1-866-588-8008 or email info@steamspa.com with your proof of purchase and the model number. Register the generator at steamspa.com/register within 90 days of delivery, or the warranty is not active. Contact us with your order number if you would like help with the claim.
