Safety Notes
ANZZI's manual sets firm electrical rules. Connect the seat only to a Ground-Fault Circuit-Interrupter (GFCI) protected grounded socket, never remove the ground pin or use a ground adapter, and place the socket more than 19-11/16" from a bathtub. If you are not sure the outlet is grounded or supplies the right voltage and power, have a qualified electrician check it. The water supply pipe must be at least 1/2" copper, the seat must use the inlet hose supplied with it and fresh water only, and it must not be installed on moving vehicles such as RVs or boats.
ANZZI's manual warns that the seat contains strong magnets, so people fitted with pacemakers or similar devices should not use it. If the bathroom can freeze, or the seat will not be used for a long period, drain the water from it, turn off the supply stop and unplug it.

Installation & Care
Installation
Mounts on an existing toilet: remove the old seat, fit the mounting plate across the two seat bolt holes and slide the bidet seat on, then connect it to the toilet's water supply at the supply stop using the inlet hose supplied with the seat. Review local plumbing and building codes first. Electrical: connect only to a GFCI-protected grounded socket, never remove the ground pin or use a ground adapter, with the socket more than 19-11/16" from a bathtub; have a qualified electrician confirm grounding, voltage and power if you are unsure. The supply pipe must be at least 1/2" copper. Turn on the water slowly and check for leaks, and do not install the seat on an RV or boat. The inlet water pressure range is 0.15 to 0.75 MPa.
Care
Clean the seat with a clean, soft cloth and do not use abrasive detergents. Always unplug the seat before maintenance or before removing the main unit, and if the cord is damaged, cut the power and contact ANZZI service. When the room may freeze, or the seat will be unused for a long time, drain the water from it, close the supply stop and unplug it.

ANZZI ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by UPS, FedEx or USPS, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused ANZZI products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
ANZZI backs this bidet seat with a limited manufacturer warranty. The product page does not state the term, so contact us and we will confirm it with ANZZI before you order.
Warranty claims. Call ANZZI at 1-844-442-6994 (1-844-44-ANZZI) with your proof of purchase to submit a claim and get a return authorization (RMA). Register the product at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery, or the warranty is not active. Contact us with your order number if you would like help with the claim.
