Boosting a Cart to 110 PSI

The Tucker booster sits between the tap and your purifier and raises feed pressure to 110 PSI. On a Tucker 4060, that lifts output from 1.91 GPM at 80 PSI to 2.3 GPM.

More pressure means more pure water per minute, longer pole work and a second operator. It helps most on cold water and low-pressure taps.

Regulated Pressure at the Pump

Regulated Pressure at the Pump

A built-in regulator sets the boost pressure, and the on/off switch and GFCI plug control the 110V motor.

Set the pressure for your purifier and start the pump only after the system has been purged of air on tap pressure. That simple habit protects the filters and RO membranes from damage at every start-up.

Garden Hose In, Garden Hose Out

Garden Hose In, Garden Hose Out

The inlet is a female garden hose fitting for your supply hose, and the outlet is a male garden hose fitting that feeds your purifier.

No adapters are needed for Tucker carts with garden hose inlets. Set the pump close to the spigot and within reach of a 110V outlet before you run the short connecting hose to the cart inlet.

Got Questions?

Find answers below or contact our support team.

How much pressure does it add?

The Tucker booster pump system delivers 110 PSI to your pure water system, giving multiple gallons per minute out of it.

How do I connect it?

Connect your water supply to the pump inlet (female garden hose) and your pure water system's inlet to the pump outlet (male garden hose).

What power does it need?

It runs on 110V and plugs in through the included GFCI plug. It has its own on/off switch and regulator.

How much more water will my cart make?

It depends on the cart. Tucker rates the 4060 at 1.91 GPM at 80 PSI and 2.3 GPM with this booster pump.
