Tucker 2.5" x 10" Carbon Block Pre-Filter

What it is

The Tucker 20026 2.5" x 10" Carbon Block Pre-Filter is a carbon filter cartridge for pure-water window cleaning systems. It is made from 100% coconut shell carbon, filters to 5 micron nominal, and removes chlorine from tap water before it reaches the RO membrane.

Which carts use it

The Rival, Max Output and Fill N Go manuals call for the 20026 carbon pre-filter. Their manuals recommend changing the carbon every 5,000 gallons and say skipping it voids the warranty. The block has an exceptionally low pressure drop and a high dirt holding capacity.

Chlorine or chloramine

This filter treats chlorine only. If your water supply uses chloramines, the 2.5" x 10" Chloramine Killer catalytic carbon filter treats both chlorine and chloramines and fits the same housings.

Free shipping within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more; orders under $101 ship for a flat $15. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, and Tucker ships most orders within 2 business days after that from Castle Rock, Colorado, by FedEx Ground, or by LTL freight for items too large for parcel. Production times or low stock can delay an order, and we'll email you if they do. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse. For Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused Tucker equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns that aren't due to a defect carry Tucker's 15% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, the shipping we paid to deliver your order is deducted from the refund, and payment processing fees are not refunded. Opened filters, membranes and resin and special-order items are final sale, and used items and returns damaged in transit back can't be accepted.

Tucker doesn't warrant the 2.5" x 10" Carbon Block Pre-Filter, because filters, RO membranes, DI resin and other filtration components are consumables. Contact us if it arrives damaged or defective.

Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and photos of the fault. We file the claim with Tucker, who may ask for the part back. Approved replacement parts are free; the shipping on them is not, unless the item arrived defective.
