Tucker Carbon Fiber Gooseneck, Extendable

What it is

The Tucker Carbon Fiber Gooseneck is a water-fed gooseneck that helps you reach over deep window ledges. It comes in three sizes and each one is extendable: the 12" gooseneck extends to 16", the 16" extends to 27", and the 23" extends to 36". Because it is made from carbon fiber, it is very light.

Fitting and sizing

To fit it, remove the tip in the #1 clamp of your Tucker water-fed pole and insert the gooseneck in its place. Tucker designed it for its new clamps, and it will also fit other popular pole brands. Each length is a separate option, so pick the range that matches the depth of the ledges you clean.

Free shipping within the lower 48 states. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, and Tucker ships most orders within 2 business days after that from Castle Rock, Colorado, by FedEx Ground, or by LTL freight for items too large for parcel. Production times or low stock can delay an order, and we'll email you if they do. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse. For Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused Tucker equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns that aren't due to a defect carry Tucker's 15% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, the shipping we paid to deliver your order is deducted from the refund, and payment processing fees are not refunded. Opened filters, membranes and resin and special-order items are final sale, and used items and returns damaged in transit back can't be accepted.

Tucker covers the Carbon Fiber Gooseneck against manufacturer defects for 1 year from the day you receive it. Normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, improper handling, modifications and damage from non-Tucker parts are not covered.

Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and photos of the fault. We file the claim with Tucker, who may ask for the part back. Approved replacement parts are free; the shipping on them is not, unless the item arrived defective.

Tucker® is the water-fed pole and brush line of Reach Higher Ground (RHG), the Castle Rock, Colorado company that window cleaner Shawn Gavin founded in 2006 to build better pure-water equipment. The Carbon Fiber Gooseneck is the longest-reach option in the range. In the range, the Adjustable Gooseneck V1 and V2 angle a brush over deep ledges, the LOCT Adjustable and LOCT Reach Around goosenecks add 3 locking positions for LOCT-socket brushes, the Reach Around Gooseneck V1 and V2 add an ACME thread for a scrub pad behind the brush, the Swiveling Gooseneck V1 and V2 let the brush swing side to side, and the Carbon Fiber Goosenecks extend from 12" up to 36" for deep ledges.
