What the Compact is

The Tucker Compact 4-Stage RO/DI is a water purification system for window and solar cleaners who need high production in a small footprint. Tucker built it for anyone looking for a high-production RO/DI system who is short on space, such as a van or a compact truck build.

Four stages

Water passes through four 21" serviceable stainless steel housings: one chloramine/carbon pre-filter rated for 80,000 gallons, two ultra-low-pressure reverse osmosis membranes for high production, and one DI filter for the final polish. The chloramine-rated carbon protects the membranes on city water treated with chloramine, which shortens membrane life when it is not removed.

Frame and fittings

The system sits on a powder-coated steel frame with rubber feet and uses all-metal fittings, with a built-in pressure gauge to check inlet pressure. It has no wheels or built-in pump; mount or set it where your feed water and hose reel can reach it. Tucker specifies ultra-low-pressure RO membranes here for high production.

Filters

Your first replacement chloramine/carbon pre-filter and DI filter come with the system. Replacements are the 4" x 21" carbon filter cartridge (20051-C), two Max-Flow 21" RO membranes (20051-RO-VF) and the 4" x 21" DI resin cartridge (20051-D), and the refillable 4" x 21" cartridge takes bulk virgin resin.

Warranty

Tucker purification systems carry a 2-year warranty and are assembled in the USA. Filters, membranes and resin are consumables.

Free shipping within the lower 48 states. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, and Tucker ships most orders within 2 business days after that from Castle Rock, Colorado. The Compact 4-Stage RO/DI Water Purification System goes by LTL freight on a pallet, so have a way to unload it, or ask us about liftgate delivery before you order. Production times or low stock can delay an order, and we'll email you if they do. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse. For Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused Tucker equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns that aren't due to a defect carry Tucker's 15% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, the shipping we paid to deliver your order is deducted from the refund, and payment processing fees are not refunded. Opened filters, membranes and resin and special-order items are final sale, and used items and returns damaged in transit back can't be accepted.

Tucker covers the Compact 4-Stage RO/DI Water Purification System for 2 years from the purchase date against manufacturer defects, for the original owner with proof of purchase, including the pumps and motors built into it. Filters, RO membranes and DI resin are not covered. Normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, improper handling, modifications and damage from non-Tucker parts are not covered.

Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and photos of the fault. We file the claim with Tucker, who may ask for the part back. Approved replacement parts are free; the shipping on them is not, unless the item arrived defective.

Tucker® is the water-fed pole and brush line of Reach Higher Ground (RHG), the Castle Rock, Colorado company that window cleaner Shawn Gavin founded in 2006 to build better pure-water equipment. RHG built its first spot-free system in 2007 and acquired Tucker® in 2015, and today designs, assembles and supports the whole range from its Colorado facility: RO/DI carts and tank systems, carbon fiber and hybrid poles, water-fed brushes and the accessories that tie them together.

The Compact is Tucker's small-footprint purifier. The Tucker 4060 puts two 30" RO membranes on a wheeled cart, the Tucker XL Skid Mount mounts four 30" stages and a 5.3 GPM pump on a wall panel for filling tanks, and the Tucker Max Output is a 5-stage cart with a built-in 110V booster pump.
