Booster Pump, Switch and TDS Meter

Booster Pump, Switch and TDS Meter

The 12V RO Booster Panel carries a 5.3 GPM, 90 PSI bypass pump with 1/2" push-to-fit elbows, a waterproof on/off rocker switch and a dual-probe inline TDS meter on one aluminum plate.

It raises feed pressure for a DIY RO/DI build. Plan your 1/2" tubing runs before you mount it, so the pump, the meter tees and your housings line up.

A Fuse Block with Room to Grow

A Fuse Block with Room to Grow

The pump and switch are wired to a fuse block that can accept more wiring from a delivery panel or other 12V accessories, with red and brown leads for the battery.

One fused power point keeps a DIY van build tidy. Tucker recommends a Group 24, 12V deep-cycle marine battery with at least 500 cranking amps and a 2-amp trickle charger.

Read Two Water Sources

Read Two Water Sources

The dual-probe inline TDS meter comes with 1/2" push-to-fit tees and reads two sources: inlet, RO, DI or any other point in your pure water system.

Watching RO output and DI output tells you when the membrane or the resin needs attention. Tucker pairs the panel with its DIY 4-stage RO/DI kit and 12V Delivery Panel.
