What the kit is

The Tucker ECO Low TDS DI Starter Kit is a water-fed pole kit for window cleaners in low-TDS water areas who want to start water-fed cleaning at a lower cost. It gives you a complete system with nothing extra: a DI tank, resin and a pole kit that ship together and work together.

Is it right for you

Is it right for you? It suits areas with naturally soft water at 100 ppm TDS or less, cleaners who want to try water-fed work before buying a bigger system, seasonal or occasional water-fed use, and anyone who needs a light, portable setup. It is not a fit for areas at 100 ppm TDS or more. Tucker lists Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, New Mexico, Texas and Utah among the highest-TDS states; Tucker can look up most US city water TDS levels if you are unsure of yours.

What's included

The kit includes a Tucker HandyPure 1/2 ft³ DI tank, compact and ready to use, a sealed bucket of 1/2 ft³ Tucker virgin DI resin that arrives fresh, and a Tucker Bravo pole kit with 100' of tubing, male and female quick connects and a Glide brush. Tucker estimates about 800 gallons per HandyPure resin change at 100 ppm incoming water.

Pole and hose option

The Bravo is a hybrid carbon fiber and fiberglass pole that extends to 22'6" and weighs 3 lb, and Tucker rates it for lower floors. A variant adds 150' of Tucker 3/8" yellow pure water hose, so you can leave the tank at one spigot and work farther away. Quick connects make setup and breakdown fast.

Warranty

Tucker pole sections and clamps carry a lifetime warranty, and Tucker purification systems carry a 2-year warranty.

Free shipping within the lower 48 states. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, and Tucker ships most orders within 2 business days after that from Castle Rock, Colorado. The ECO Low TDS DI Water-Fed Pole Starter Kit goes by LTL freight on a pallet, so have a way to unload it, or ask us about liftgate delivery before you order. Production times or low stock can delay an order, and we'll email you if they do. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse. For Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused Tucker equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns that aren't due to a defect carry Tucker's 15% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, the shipping we paid to deliver your order is deducted from the refund, and payment processing fees are not refunded. Opened filters, membranes and resin and special-order items are final sale, and used items and returns damaged in transit back can't be accepted.

Tucker covers the purification system in the ECO Low TDS DI Water-Fed Pole Starter Kit for 2 years from the purchase date against manufacturer defects, for the original owner with proof of purchase, including the pumps and motors built into it. Filters, RO membranes and DI resin are not covered. The Tucker pole sections and clamps in the kit are covered for life, and the other parts, such as brushes, reels and goosenecks, for 1 year. Normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, improper handling, modifications and damage from non-Tucker parts are not covered.

Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and photos of the fault. We file the claim with Tucker, who may ask for the part back. Approved replacement parts are free; the shipping on them is not, unless the item arrived defective.

Tucker® is the water-fed pole and brush line of Reach Higher Ground (RHG), the Castle Rock, Colorado company that window cleaner Shawn Gavin founded in 2006 to build better pure-water equipment. RHG built its first spot-free system in 2007 and acquired Tucker® in 2015, and today designs, assembles and supports the whole range from its Colorado facility: RO/DI carts and tank systems, carbon fiber and hybrid poles, water-fed brushes and the accessories that tie them together.

The ECO kit is Tucker's lowest-cost way into water-fed cleaning. The Tucker HandyPure 1/2 ft³ DI Tank Water-Fed Pole Kit adds a 150' hand-carry reel, funnel and TDS meter and offers six pole choices, and the Tucker 1 ft³ DI Tank Water-Fed Pole Kit doubles the resin for about 1,600 gallons per fill. Where water is above 100 ppm, an RO/DI cart such as the Tucker Rival V2 is the better start.
