Tucker O-Ring Lubricant Packet

What it is

The Tucker T-Lube Lubricant Packet is an O-ring lubricant for the O-rings on RO membranes and filter housings in pure-water systems. The lubricant is water resistant.

Where it goes

Tucker's manuals say all rubber seals, including the large O-ring around the mouth of a filter housing, should be lubricated when you change a filter. When you install an RO membrane, the white nipples on each end will likely need lubricant to seat into the O-rings at the top and bottom of the housing. Lubricating the housing insert also helps it seal tightly.

When you need it

The Max-Flow 4" x 21" and 4" x 40" RO Membrane pages note that water-resistant lubricant may be required, and the Stainless Steel RO Membrane Housing Upgrade does too. Keep a packet with your spare filters.

Free shipping within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more; orders under $101 ship for a flat $15. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, and Tucker ships most orders within 2 business days after that from Castle Rock, Colorado, by FedEx Ground, or by LTL freight for items too large for parcel. Production times or low stock can delay an order, and we'll email you if they do. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse. For Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused Tucker equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns that aren't due to a defect carry Tucker's 15% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, the shipping we paid to deliver your order is deducted from the refund, and payment processing fees are not refunded. Opened filters, membranes and resin and special-order items are final sale, and used items and returns damaged in transit back can't be accepted.

Tucker covers the O-Ring Lubricant Packet against manufacturer defects for 1 year from the day you receive it. Normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, improper handling, modifications and damage from non-Tucker parts are not covered.

Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and photos of the fault. We file the claim with Tucker, who may ask for the part back. Approved replacement parts are free; the shipping on them is not, unless the item arrived defective.
