Five Stages and 3+ GPM

The Max Output runs tap water through sediment, carbon, two Max-Flow RO membranes and a 20" DI filter, and its built-in 110V booster pump lifts output to 3+ GPM.

That flow supports two or more operators from one cart. Plan for a 110V outlet at the job, and check the GFCI and pressure regulator before each start.

Built-In 110V Booster Pump

Built-In 110V Booster Pump

The 110V booster pump sits inside the cart frame behind a guard, with an on/off switch and a GFCI with test and reset on the cart face.

Purge the air and get a steady pure stream before you switch the pump on. With the pump off, the cart still purifies on tap pressure alone, just at a lower output rate.

Aluminum Cart, 18.5" Wide

Aluminum Cart, 18.5" Wide

The Max Output is all-aluminum on flat-free wheels and measures 18.5" W x 52.75" H x 16.75" D, with an inline dual-probe TDS meter on board.

The meter reads RO and final DI water side by side, so you know when to change DI without carrying a handheld meter. The narrow frame suits van and trailer racks.

Got Questions?

Find answers below or contact our support team.

How much water does the Max Output produce?

Tucker rates the Max Output at 3+ GPM with its built-in 110V booster pump, and says it can supply two or more operators.

Does it need electricity?

The booster pump needs 110V power and is protected by a GFCI. The cart still purifies on tap pressure with the pump off, at lower output.

How do I know when to change the DI?

The inline dual-probe TDS meter shows RO water (IN) and final water (OUT). Change the DI filter when the OUT reading climbs above 10 ppm for glass.

What is DI Saver mode?

Turn the selector valve to RO and use the RO-only outlet to bypass the DI filter. Tucker says non-glass surfaces can typically be washed with water up to 40 ppm.

How often do the pre-filters need changing?

Change the sediment and carbon cartridges together every 5,000 gallons. Use the 20026-CK chloramine cartridge where your city treats with chloramine.

What warranty does the Max Output have?

Tucker purification systems carry a 2-year warranty and are assembled in the USA. Filters, membranes and resin are consumables.
