What the kit is

The Tucker Pro Series Residential Solar Kit is a water-fed pole kit for cleaning residential solar arrays with purified water. Tucker developed it with input from a solar panel cleaning professional, for cleaners and business owners adding solar maintenance as a service. You choose the pole, the main solar brush size and the glove size.

The H2Pro cart

Water comes from the Tucker H2Pro 110V RO/DI system. It runs tap water through a 30" carbon pre-filter, 40" Tucker Max-Flow RO membranes and a 30" DI post-filter, and its built-in 110V booster pump is rated at 2+ GPM. DI Saver mode bypasses the DI filter when RO water is enough, which lowers your resin cost. Tucker rates the kit's carbon pre-filter for up to 100,000 gallons. The housings are stainless steel and the cart rolls on no-flat wheels. A Tucker hand carry hose reel carries the pure water to the pole.

Poles and brushes

Choose the Tucker Solar Boost or the Tucker 40 pole, and the Alpha Solar Honey Badger in 20" or 32" width. That brush has two full-length rinse bars with independent shut-off valves; running both needs a boost pump, which the H2Pro provides. Its replaceable bristles combine Glide bristles with stiff inner trim. The kit adds an Alpha Honey Badger XL, an Alpha Hybrid Standard, an XL walnut scrub pad head with an extra pad and the LOCT reach-around gooseneck with quick release for the #1 clamp.

Safety gear

For safety, the kit includes a residential fall protection kit and a Class 0 rubber glove kit in Large or Extra Large, and Tucker recommends dielectric overshoes as well. Chemitek Solar Wash Protect 50 is included for panel washing.

Warranty

The H2Pro cart carries Tucker's 2-year purification system warranty. Pole sections and clamps carry Tucker's lifetime warranty.

Free shipping within the lower 48 states. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, and Tucker ships most orders within 2 business days after that from Castle Rock, Colorado. The Pro Series Residential Solar Water-Fed Pole Kit with H2Pro goes by LTL freight on a pallet, so have a way to unload it, or ask us about liftgate delivery before you order. Production times or low stock can delay an order, and we'll email you if they do. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse. For Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused Tucker equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns that aren't due to a defect carry Tucker's 15% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, the shipping we paid to deliver your order is deducted from the refund, and payment processing fees are not refunded. Opened filters, membranes and resin and special-order items are final sale, and used items and returns damaged in transit back can't be accepted.

Tucker covers the purification system in the Pro Series Residential Solar Water-Fed Pole Kit with H2Pro for 2 years from the purchase date against manufacturer defects, for the original owner with proof of purchase, including the pumps and motors built into it. Filters, RO membranes and DI resin are not covered. The Tucker pole sections and clamps in the kit are covered for life, and the other parts, such as brushes, reels and goosenecks, for 1 year. Normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, improper handling, modifications and damage from non-Tucker parts are not covered.

Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and photos of the fault. We file the claim with Tucker, who may ask for the part back. Approved replacement parts are free; the shipping on them is not, unless the item arrived defective.
