Tucker Remote Fob for Digital Flow Controller

What it is

The Tucker Remote Fob is a replacement remote for the Tucker Digital Flow Controller with Antenna used on the Tucker Fill N Go system and the DIY panel. Keep one as a spare so a lost or damaged fob does not stop you controlling the pump from the pole.

Using the fob

Pair the fob with its controller before use. Its buttons lower and raise the pump flow, start and stop the pump, and run an auto-calibration. LEDs on the fob confirm each action and show when it needs charging. Charge it from a micro USB phone charger.

Care

Do not immerse the fob in water or leave it in direct sunlight, as either can damage it. You can always run the controller from its own keypad if the fob is away.

Free shipping within the lower 48 states. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, and Tucker ships most orders within 2 business days after that from Castle Rock, Colorado, by FedEx Ground, or by LTL freight for items too large for parcel. Production times or low stock can delay an order, and we'll email you if they do. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse. For Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused Tucker equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns that aren't due to a defect carry Tucker's 15% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, the shipping we paid to deliver your order is deducted from the refund, and payment processing fees are not refunded. Opened filters, membranes and resin and special-order items are final sale, and used items and returns damaged in transit back can't be accepted.

Tucker covers the Remote Fob for Digital Flow Controller with a limited 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Fob batteries are not covered. Normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, improper handling, modifications and damage from non-Tucker parts are not covered.

Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and photos of the fault. We file the claim with Tucker, who may ask for the part back. Approved replacement parts are free; the shipping on them is not, unless the item arrived defective.

The fob is the remote half of the Tucker Digital Flow Controller with Antenna, which ships with one fob. Those controllers run the delivery pumps on the Tucker Fill N Go Single User and Dual User, the Fill N Go Delivery models and the Tucker 12V Delivery Panel.
