Tucker Rival Replacement Filter Pack

What it is

The Tucker Rival Replacement Filter Pack (T-Rival-FP) is a set of replacement filters for the Tucker Rival RO/DI cart. It contains the sediment/carbon combination pre-filter (20025/26) and the DI post-filter insert (20027) needed to replace used filters on the Rival.

When to change

The Rival manual says Rival carts come with the 20025/26 combination sediment/carbon filter to prevent premature carbon block fouling in high-TDS areas. It recommends changing the carbon every 5,000 gallons and says skipping it voids the warranty. Change the DI as your cleaning requires: spotting on glass begins once TDS rises above 10 ppm. If your water is chloramine-treated, the manual points to the 20026-CK Chloramine Killer.

Membrane

The RO membrane is not included; Tucker's catalog lists the Max-Flow 4" x 40" RO Membrane for the Rival V2.

Free shipping within the lower 48 states. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, and Tucker ships most orders within 2 business days after that from Castle Rock, Colorado, by FedEx Ground, or by LTL freight for items too large for parcel. Production times or low stock can delay an order, and we'll email you if they do. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse. For Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused Tucker equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns that aren't due to a defect carry Tucker's 15% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, the shipping we paid to deliver your order is deducted from the refund, and payment processing fees are not refunded. Opened filters, membranes and resin and special-order items are final sale, and used items and returns damaged in transit back can't be accepted.

Tucker doesn't warrant the Rival Replacement Filter Pack, because filters, RO membranes, DI resin and other filtration components are consumables. Contact us if it arrives damaged or defective.

Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and photos of the fault. We file the claim with Tucker, who may ask for the part back. Approved replacement parts are free; the shipping on them is not, unless the item arrived defective.
