What the RTM Pro is

The Tucker RTM Pro is a solar panel cleaning robot for large rooftop and ground-mounted arrays. Tucker brings it to the US as the exclusive partner of Robsys, the solar panel cleaning robotics manufacturer that developed it, and it is built for crews cleaning at commercial scale. Tucker designed the RTM Pro to raise cleaning efficiency and cut manual labor on large arrays, while protecting the panels themselves.

Capacity and run time

Tucker rates the RTM Pro's cleaning capacity at up to 2 MW per day, between 4,000 and 5,000 panels depending on wattage. Its lithium-ion battery provides up to 4 hours of uninterrupted cleaning, and you control it remotely from up to 100' (30 m) away, so one operator can stay on the ground or at the array edge while the robot works the rows.

Brushes and drive

Customized non-scratch brushes do the cleaning, and a specially developed track system carries the robot across the panels without damaging them. BLDC motors and a purpose-built control board drive it, and it works on panels inclined up to 25°.

Build and weight

The body is all aluminum, with components of stainless steel and engineering plastics, and the robot weighs 132 lb (60 kg). Its weight and track drive keep it planted on the panel surface; plan how you will lift it onto and between tables before the job.

Free shipping within the lower 48 states. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, and Tucker ships most orders within 2 business days after that from Castle Rock, Colorado. The RTM Pro Solar Panel Cleaning Robot goes by LTL freight on a pallet, so have a way to unload it, or ask us about liftgate delivery before you order. Production times or low stock can delay an order, and we'll email you if they do. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse. For Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused Tucker equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns that aren't due to a defect carry Tucker's 15% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, the shipping we paid to deliver your order is deducted from the refund, and payment processing fees are not refunded. Opened filters, membranes and resin and special-order items are final sale, and used items and returns damaged in transit back can't be accepted.

Robsys, the robot's manufacturer, covers the RTM Pro Solar Panel Cleaning Robot against material, structural and manufacturing defects and performs the warranty work. Contact us for the robot's warranty term before you order.

Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and photos of the fault. We file the claim with Tucker, who may ask for the part back. Approved replacement parts are free; the shipping on them is not, unless the item arrived defective.

Tucker® is the water-fed pole and brush line of Reach Higher Ground (RHG), the Castle Rock, Colorado company that window cleaner Shawn Gavin founded in 2006 to build better pure-water equipment. RHG built its first spot-free system in 2007 and acquired Tucker® in 2015, and today designs, assembles and supports the whole range from its Colorado facility: RO/DI carts and tank systems, carbon fiber and hybrid poles, water-fed brushes and the accessories that tie them together.

The RTM Pro is the larger robot in Tucker's RTM series. The Tucker RTM Mini is rated for up to 1 MW a day at 62 lb and is also sold in kits with the Tucker Max Output or H2Pro pure water carts. Pair the RTM Pro with a high-output purifier such as the Tucker Max Output (3+ GPM).
