Tucker Stainless Steel 21" Carbon or DI Housing Upgrade Kit

What it is

The Tucker Stainless Steel Carbon/DI Filter Housing Upgrade is a cart upgrade kit that lets you use new 21" filters in your EZ Pure / Ettore Aqua Clean caddy. The caddy's original PVC housing is no longer available, and this stainless steel housing replaces it.

Choose your stage

Choose the variant for the stage you are replacing: Carbon Filter Housing (20003-e-ugk) or DI Filter Housing (20002-e-ugk). To upgrade both stages, order one of each. A new filter cartridge is included with each housing.

Replacement filters

Replacement cartridges in the 21" size are the 4" x 21" Carbon Filter Cartridge and the 4" x 21" Pre-Filled DI Filter Cartridge, or the 4" x 21" Refillable DI Filter Cartridge if you refill with bulk resin. For the RO stage, the Stainless Steel RO Membrane Housing Upgrade is the matching kit.

Free shipping within the lower 48 states. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, and Tucker ships most orders within 2 business days after that from Castle Rock, Colorado, by FedEx Ground, or by LTL freight for items too large for parcel. Production times or low stock can delay an order, and we'll email you if they do. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse. For Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused Tucker equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns that aren't due to a defect carry Tucker's 15% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, the shipping we paid to deliver your order is deducted from the refund, and payment processing fees are not refunded. Opened filters, membranes and resin and special-order items are final sale, and used items and returns damaged in transit back can't be accepted.

Tucker covers the Stainless Steel 21" Carbon or DI Housing Upgrade Kit against manufacturer defects for 1 year from the day you receive it. Normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, improper handling, modifications and damage from non-Tucker parts are not covered.

Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and photos of the fault. We file the claim with Tucker, who may ask for the part back. Approved replacement parts are free; the shipping on them is not, unless the item arrived defective.
