Tucker Ultimate Commercial Kit 2nd Operator Add-On

What the add-on is

The Tucker Ultimate Commercial Kit 2nd Operator Add-On is a water-fed pole kit with everything you need to attach and run a second pole from your Ultimate Commercial Max Output kit, so two operators can clean at the same time. You choose the pole from five options that Tucker labels 30' to 70'.

Pole and splitter

Pole options are the bare Tucker 30 (26' extended, for windows up to 30'), Tucker 40 (36' extended), Tucker 50 HM (46', 50' reach), the 50 HM with 2 extensions (60' option) or the 50 HM with 4 extensions (70' option). The brass garden hose splitter goes on the output of your water system and divides one source into two, with built-in valves to adjust each flow, and a Tucker hand-carry reel with 150' of 3/8" hose carries water to the second pole.

Brushes and fittings

Brushes and tools: XL boar hair, XL Honey Badger and XL Glide water-fed brushes, each with 4 pencil jets, an XL over-the-top rinse bar, an XL Alpha scrub pad brush with 10 replacement pads and a mini walnut scrub pad head. Fittings: a Tucker quick connect, 100' of 5/16" OD pole tubing, a 5/16" inline ball valve, all three sizes of Tucker carbon fiber goosenecks, a reach-around gooseneck with quick release, a swiveling gooseneck, an ACME tip and a wood cone tip.

Warranty

Tucker pole sections and clamps carry a lifetime warranty and are assembled in the USA. The brushes, reel and fittings are covered against defects in materials and workmanship.

Free shipping within the lower 48 states. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, and Tucker ships most orders within 2 business days after that from Castle Rock, Colorado. The Ultimate Commercial Kit 2nd Operator Add-On goes by LTL freight on a pallet, so have a way to unload it, or ask us about liftgate delivery before you order. Production times or low stock can delay an order, and we'll email you if they do. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse. For Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused Tucker equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns that aren't due to a defect carry Tucker's 15% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, the shipping we paid to deliver your order is deducted from the refund, and payment processing fees are not refunded. Opened filters, membranes and resin and special-order items are final sale, and used items and returns damaged in transit back can't be accepted.

Tucker covers the pole sections and clamps of the Ultimate Commercial Kit 2nd Operator Add-On for life against manufacturer defects, and any other Tucker parts that come with it, such as brushes, goosenecks and tubing, for 1 year from delivery. Normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, improper handling, modifications and damage from non-Tucker parts are not covered.

Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and photos of the fault. We file the claim with Tucker, who may ask for the part back. Approved replacement parts are free; the shipping on them is not, unless the item arrived defective.

Tucker® is the water-fed pole and brush line of Reach Higher Ground (RHG), the Castle Rock, Colorado company that window cleaner Shawn Gavin founded in 2006 to build better pure-water equipment. RHG built its first spot-free system in 2007 and acquired Tucker® in 2015, and today designs, assembles and supports the whole range from its Colorado facility: RO/DI carts and tank systems, carbon fiber and hybrid poles, water-fed brushes and the accessories that tie them together.

The add-on completes the Tucker Ultimate Commercial Kit, which comes with a Tucker 40, 50 HM, 60 HM or 70 HM pole and the Max Output cart rated at 3+ GPM, enough for two operators. For a two-user setup bought as one kit, the Tucker Max Output 5-Stage Kit offers a second pole and reel as options.
