Tucker Ultimate DIY 4-Stage RO/DI Kit with 12V Panels

What the kit is

The Tucker Ultimate DIY Kit is a DIY RO/DI system kit for cleaners who want their build-it-yourself pure water setup to be complete. It combines the Tucker DIY 4-Stage RO/DI Kit, the Tucker 12V RO Booster Panel and one or two Tucker 12V Delivery Panels with flow controller and long-range remote: choose one for a single user or two for a dual-user setup.

The DIY purifier

The DIY 4-stage kit has everything to assemble sediment, carbon, 40" RO and DI stages, with housings, brackets, fittings, a pressure gauge, a bypass valve and tubing, and your first replacement set of filters. Assembly needs 5/16", 3/8" and 1/2" sockets, 1/2", 7/8", 9/16" and 1 1/16" wrenches, a 3/8" hex driver and a drill motor, and Tucker supplies written instructions.

RO booster panel

The RO booster panel is lightweight aluminum and carries a 5.3 GPM, 90 PSI bypass pump with 1/2" push-to-fit elbows, a waterproof on/off rocker switch and a fuse block that accepts wiring from the delivery panel and other 12V accessories. It also has a dual-probe inline TDS meter with 1/2" push-to-fit tees to measure two water sources, such as inlet, RO or DI water.

Delivery panels

Each delivery panel carries an RHG delivery pump with a digital flow controller and an on/off remote. The pump siphons your pure water holding tank and sends water through a hose (not included) to the pole, and the remote turns the flow up, down or off. The panels use V16 flow controllers.

Power

Everything runs from 12V. Tucker recommends a Group 24, 12V deep-cycle marine battery with at least 500 cranking amps and a 2-amp marine trickle charger, sold separately.

The Ultimate DIY 4-Stage RO/DI Kit with 12V Panels goes by LTL freight on a pallet, so have a way to unload it, or ask us about liftgate delivery before you order. Production times or low stock can delay an order, and we'll email you if they do. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse. For Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused Tucker equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns that aren't due to a defect carry Tucker's 15% restocking fee, you pay the return shipping, the shipping we paid to deliver your order is deducted from the refund, and payment processing fees are not refunded. Opened filters, membranes and resin and special-order items are final sale, and used items and returns damaged in transit back can't be accepted.

Tucker covers the Ultimate DIY 4-Stage RO/DI Kit with 12V Panels against manufacturer defects for 1 year from the day you receive it. Normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, improper handling, modifications and damage from non-Tucker parts are not covered.

Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and photos of the fault. We file the claim with Tucker, who may ask for the part back. Approved replacement parts are free; the shipping on them is not, unless the item arrived defective.
